The “gaudi a” apartment worked great for our family. Perfect location, metro and bus stops across the street, as well as sagrada familia. We would definitely recommend to friends and family to look for apartments when visiting Barcelona.

We didn’t know that we had to go to the central office to pick up the keys and we spend a lot of time waiting for them. At the end we called and we had to go to the center. This information shoud be gived before because we waste a lot of time.

Very good location, close to Las Ramblas/port/subway station. The furniture was quite new although it was minimal. The owner was a very nice person, hopfully speaking a quite good english 

The apartment was excellent, spacious, well-equipped and decorated. Its location was convenient to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, but on a very quiet residential street. Our hosts were wonderful.

Our visit to Porto was enjoyable and the apartment was fine.

However, it was on a noisy street. Had we known this, we would have chosen another apt as it was difficult to sleep. The contact person was very nice and friendly. However, she arrived 1/2 late and we had to wait with our suitcases for her.

We stayed at “Las Hiedras” which was very central, just of Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. The apartment was clean and very spacious.

The apartment was very noisy at night. The shower in the small bathroom leaked and there was no kettle in the kitchen.

Too little the 1 and 1/2 place bed for 2 persons, the apartment was for 4, and threre was only 2 single beds and 1 couch convertible as twin bed (and only linen for single bed).

The apartment is perfectly situated in a street close to the Ramblas!The apartment was big enough, one bed very comfortable.Easy to contact the company,they bring the key within 10 minutes after arrival.There were enough kitchen utensils.

It was not very clean, we had to wash the things we wanted to use before we could even use it.
If you hate climbing stairs………. don’t rent this apartment. Approximately 90 steps……..

The appartment its self is quite cosy and clean, with air conditioning. There is a free bus to the metro down the road, which is quite handy.

There is no couch to sit on, just a wooden table and chairs so it is not that comfortable. There wasn’t many pans to cook with and the ones they had were either too big or too small. There was no oven and no washing machine

Berlin Apartment SEE4-A is really good apartment and very convenient location. Owner really helpful, provided simcard, which was really handy in Germany. Apartment has it’s own computer and Internet spped is good.

Washing machine was nor provided, for long stay traveller thats really needed. We were their for 3 weeks and really missed it.

Was in a perfect location. Suited a young group who wanted to be in the heart of barcelona and not spend much time getting to places. Plenty of supermarkets close by.

Had a bit of a cockroach problem as we constantly found them in the kitchen and the bathroom. The neighbours were quite noisy and one seemed to be doing building work starting before 7 am! Stairs up to flat were hard going!

This was a well-situated apartment at a good price for a family of four. It was well-furnished.

An inattention to detail meant small things didn’t work – no bulbs in the light, no soap in the bathroom, no shower screen so it was impossible to have a shower without spraying water everywhere.

Pleasant location; nice accommodating contact person. relatively inexpensive, basic comfort, clean and quiet, no TV.

No TV or radio ( the fact was an advantage for my purposes), 3rd floor- no elevator, bed located up over closet so the apt. not advisable for very mature visitors (one needs to get down to go to bathroom) or visitors with mobility problems.

Great location in the trendy Borne district. Nice to have a sun terrace. Powerful shower. Great TV and stereo. Good amount of storage space.

A lot of the light bulbs were out. One of the stove hobs wasn’t working so with only hob working it was difficult to make a proper meal. Also the aparment smelt of drains a bit!

Excellent apartment, and the location handy enough for Friedrichshain. Very helpful member of staff talked us through what we needed to know. 300 Euro deposit quite high, but understandable given the expensive equipment in the flat.

Clean, well organised apartment. Location very good: plenty of cheap restaurants and bars within walking distance. Good access to public transport.

Couch was uncomfortable for sitting on. Could have done with a way to open the window without it being a security risk on the ground floor. As the Ostkreutz is being renovated at the moment, it is not easy to find out which way to exit.

This apartment Gotiko om Escudellers was really a hit! It was fresh and clean and had almost every equipment you´ll need. The location was also excellent! Highly recommended!

The only things we miss was some more clothes-pins. Two girls and one cloth-pin is not enough….

Flat was comfortable and clean.

There were too many ‘problems’. Toilet in 2nd bathroom had a leak, so we had only 1 toilet available over weekend. Kettle was leaking, and replacement kettle blew the fuse box when we tried to use it. Shower holder broken in main bathroom.

The shower needed attention, the outside door was very difficult to open with the key. it was very noisy at night, doors banging, loud talking, and we were told we would lose our deposit if there was even one complaint about us.

OASIS IN ATHENS - Athens

The landlord was very accommodating. When we asked for a few items they promptly appeared. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The view of the Acropolis, Likabbetos, and Philopappou Hill were magnificent. Metro — good walking dist.

The neighborhood was very noisy. Building was beautiful, but right across the street was a very trashy abandoned factory-type building. The 2nd half-bathroom was small. We were there to volunteer with refugees so didn’t mind the inonvenience

the apartment leicue was very spacious, and well stocked, eg: clean towels, sheets etc. the location was really convenient, close to the Ramblas but far enough away for it not to be noisy.

a microwave would have been useful. one of the beds up the spiral stairs had a couple of broken slats. the showers were a bit tempermental with hot water, i would like to point out that none of these things spoilt our stay in any way.

We rented an apartment via you website. On the 26/9 someone broke in to the apartment and stole creditcards, passports, iPod and jewellery. Nothing that belonged to the apartment were stolen, TV and stereo was not even touched. The windows were closed, the door was locked and there were no marks. It seemed like someone had used an extra pair of keys to access the apartment.

Your GENERAL CONDITIONS stats that you are not liable for the possible theft of objects deposited in the apartment.
Regardless this condition we want to give you this feedback since we assume you are keen on keeping a good reputation. To us the owner to the apartment don´t seems to be a trustful companion.

Location could not be much better for Porto. Spot on in the centre. Nice neighbors. Comfortable bed + couch, very cozy overall. Our contact person was very professional and arranged everything for us 100%.

A little bit noisy area, downstairs bars & traffic probably not the best for everyone (=families with kids), with earplugs totally OK. No elevator to top floor will be a challenge for people who can not / do not like to walk 4 floors of stairs

Located a few steps away from “Parrallel” metro station which will take you anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes. Very comfortable. The apartment is relatively close to the hustle bustle, but still far enough to feel quiet.

The bed is really lousy and the shower small. If you’re a shoestring traveller \ budget couple, this place will do. If you’re looking for a bit more class, go someplace else. Bottom line – I expect for more for 80 Euros per night.

PARLAMENT - Barcelona

Easy booking, well organized communication between Client and agency, credit card accepted, apartment well located.

Poor equipment, mainly lack or not enough shalfs, hooks, cupboards for storing small staff.
I should pay 715,16 Eur as pure rent payment while I was charged in amount of 722,56 Eur (why ?). Not a big difference but I don’t like it.

BUSINESS CLASS1 - Helsinki

The staff were helpful, when available in person.

The apartment was extremly noisy, being next to an old lift shaft, and with druggy types throughout the building. The apartment was clean but the building was filthy, really disgusting. The apartment was tiny & cost 80Euros for the keys.

Great location, lots of restaurants and cafés near by.
Wireless internet defiantly a BIG plus
Very good beds/madrasses
Lovely apartment, and spacious too

Missing bedlamps in one of the bedrooms. TV – no manual, impossible to figure how to work/operate. Washing machine – extremely noisy! Plus takes very long too. Shower Curtain would be nice, as floor gets very wet, if no curtain more towels.

The apartment is in a great location, and is well maintained.

However the advert fails to mention that an additional 2.99 euro per MW of electricity is charged for the apartment usage.

Beautiful updated apartment. Had great accomodations.

Manager was over hour late to meet us because she forgot about us, had to find and purchase a calling card and try several times to call. Were offered nothing for our time wasted and stress. Not enough supplies, like toilet paper.

no estaría de más que revisaseis la nevera, el congelador está lleno de hielo y no enfría bien.

ALFAMA HILL - Lisbon

The ALFMALA HILL appartment was wonderful, perfectly situated, clean, modern, well layed-out.
Monica (the contact person) was great, on time, flexible, and very kind.
I would definitaly return to this appartment if I return to Lisbon.

Only point to note is that due to the location of the appartment it is NOT wheelchair accessible. This was not an issue for me as I am fully mobile.

BARRI GOTIC - Barcelona

The BARRI GOTIC apartment.
Perfect size for 6 people. We were two familys. 4 adult and 4 children, we put the bedsofa in to one of the 3 sleeping rooms, so it worked good for us. Perfect location, close to La Ramblas, the port and the beach

Hard to find. A lot of noise from outside during sleepingours. No ac.

Enjoyed our stay with family. Very light and quiet.

requires instruction for use of equipment and directions to local shops , supermarket. Could provide a very basic welcome pack of small sachets of tea , coffee and maybe washing powder. Would use again and recommend to others.

Everything was really nice with the apartment. It was well equipped and furnitured. The district was very convinient to stay in. Many shops and supermarkets around and subway was in the close visinity.

APP SISTO - Rom

The position in the city was great. There was seats for all ten around the kitchen table. It was to toilets and one shower and one tub. Beds were very good except sofabed which was greatly uncomfortable.

No locks on toilet doors. All double beds with shared sheets and blanket. No electric water kettle, espressomaker to small. No internet although promised!! Odd smell if closed windows. AC only working with open window letting in streetnoise.

Apartment named BEST IN TOWN. Location gives a good slice of Barcelona life. Well equipped apartment.

Stair climb tough with luggage (4th floor). Couch stank of stale smoke. No clothes drying facility. Beds in 2nd bedroom squeaked so much the kids awoke every time they rolled over.

Häftig lägenhet, högt i taket (5 m), mycket speciell lösning på väggar och inredning. Bra läge, när det gällde närhet till centrum. Spårvagn o buss precis utanför lägenheten. Dock oljud från dessa hela dygnet…

We really found it a beautifull spot and a lovely building. The location in the building was lovely and quiet.

But please give your visitors normal chairs to sit on. The futon to sleep on is very very inconvenient and extremely uncomfortable. Buy a good sleeping couch, so you can sit and sleep better. The old children’s bed is dangerous to sit on.

Contact person was waiting for us early in am which was wonderful, especially as we had just travelled 24 hours on aircraft.
Apartment extremely conenient.
Walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame etc. Supermarkets and restaurants very close.
