   but it was actually 30 mins………this is unacceptable!

   the equipment is very poor, miniatur bathroom, heating doesn´t work when you need, it is

   settled for certain time. Difficulties with warm water. Noise from upper floor till late nights

   (3 oclock).

   Against:We were aware that we rent small apartment but never

   imagine that we decided go out and pay for all days because we are not able to sleep . Very

   noise place and very noise heater, moreover the claustrophobic space. The apartment was really

   dirty. From the point of view of the inconsistencies between the information given and the

   reality it is clear that the pictures were real and the space was correct too. We think that

   the problem is that when we required to the manager for problems in the apartment he was

   missing. Finally, we did not get invoice and we need to pay for deposit when we arrive which we

   did not get any document about our money. Really it was a pity.

    and pleasant and we were very pleased with the attention they gave us! The apartment is very

    small, but very well located, walking distance to every major monument!The neighbourd is

    friendly and quiet!
    Against:I think the apartment should have a better heating system or

    more blankets!

    For: Staff in office very friendly and helpful, directions to office

    very good and simple directions to find apartment. Guests need to appreciate apartments are in

    old buildings and may be slightly cramped by modern standards.
    Against:Apartment could do

    with 1 or 2 days work to fix minor problems. We only had 1 remote for two AC units and no

    remote for TV. Locks and operation of doors and windows needs to be looked at and hot water

    pressure of shower could do with improvement. Overall all though we enjoyed our stay and would

    use you again.

    properly. It worked at its 10% only.
    About the building, all the floors were under

    construction, instead of the one we stayed. It´s something that the owner must put in

    only-apartments, because in labour days, there were noises since 8am!!
    I wonder if it´s

    possible to retire the apartment CITYCENTER LOFT Berlin from only-apartments, until the

    constructions finish, and until the central heating work properlly

    For: Just to say that the contact people, Roberto and Laura, went out

    of their way to help us when the apartment flooded in the extra-high tide that occurred during

    our stay and moved us to a dry apartment.
    Against:Several major inconsistencies between the

    description and the reality: there was no oven, no sandwich toaster, and no sofa-bed. (There

    was a fold-up z-bed) so we had NOTHING TO SIT ON IN THE APARTMENT OTHER THAN HARD DINING

    CHAIRS, which made a huge difference to our comfort. The lack of oven was also a significant

    factor, especially since there was no sandwich toaster either. There was a microwave oven, but

    this should be clearly stated - it is not the same thing by a long way! I think you need to

    have some independent means of checking what is actually provided in the apartments. There was

    also no HiFi or radio as stated, though this didn’t really bother us. It is very misleading

    to say all these things are included in the facilities when they are not. This is why I would

    not use you again nor recommend you to friends.

    about it and tried to help via the caretaker, although one bedroom could not be used. We were

    given a partial refund. The location is super, close to everything.

    En plus, accueil très sympa de Gianlucca.

    Seul point moins intéressant, appartement situé assez loin d’un arrêt de métro ; par contre,

    de nombreux bus passent au bout de la rue.

    The owner made very little effort to solve

    our issue, it took him two and a half days to get a plumber to fix the boiler.

    Definitely NOT recommended!

    a really pleasant apartment, clean, comfortable, warm, well

    furnished, convenient for shopping - a small supermarket one bloclk away - and for tram service

    to downtown. the contact person was friendly, met us at the apartment and provided us with all

    the necessary public transport and local information. a 5+++++ overall rating. thank you.

    apartment is clean and everything works fine. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpfull.

    For: Decent apt for the price with large bedrooms. Liked that the room

    with shower and toilet was separate from adjacent room with sink and mirror. Had a bidet for

    those wanting such amenities.
    Against:Make sure you know how to get to this apartment before

    you go. The contact person sent us directions via SMS when we arrived and the directions were

    AWFUL. We wandered around for 45 minutes in the rain looking for Teatra di Fenice and Hotel

    del Opera (which was hidden around the corner).

    For: This apartment is part of a larger B&B where the

    host is very warm and gracious. You get your own entrance though but the fact that the owner

    was nearby made us feel extra safe just in case anything had gone wrong (which nothing

    did).

    The apartment was the best that I stayed at during my 27 day trip through Europe

    (10 days in Italy with 2 nights in Florence). Very spacious for a group of 3-4 people.

    I will definitely stay here again when I return to Florence.

    For: Unusual apartment situated on the roof top, very pleasant. The situation in

    the heart of the Gotic. Possibility to get onto the roof is much appreciated, even though the

    roof surface is not level.
    The kitchen is nicely equipped, even a juice squeezer is

    included.
    Everything is very clean. Nice linen and blankets, although we were lucky being

    able to use two of them by the winter time (since we were one couple in a 4-persons apartment).

    Overall it was a nice stay.
    Against:The water tap in the kitchen is not attached to the

    kitchen sink. The bathroom is not properly ventilated and the hot water supply is scarce for

    two people during the winter. Although there were many drug pushers in the street, we had no

    problems with them.

    better electric system. Wasn’t sure if bed linen were clean or not. Boiler was leaking.

    Problems with the outside door lock. Too small for 4 people. Narrow and claustrophobic

    stairway. We would NOT recommend this rent.

    For: Information given was perfect. Cute apartment, fully equiped if

    you decide to cook. Great location, close to metro and supermarket, close to town. Friendly

    neighbours.
    Against:Bathroom has no door, but curtain instead. For family quite ok, not for

    friends or relatives. A bit dusty, I wish bedroom slippers were provided. Otherwise a perfect

    apartment.

    For: A good location very near to a subway station. Bakery around the

    corner and supermarket nearby. Nice neighbourhood. Appartment and building look nice and are

    clean. Bedroom has a very comfortable bed! Widescreen television (all French language channels)

    and WiFi internet. The owner speaks English and is easy to reach.
    Against:Small kitchen,

    stove with only two burners in a cramped space. Bathroom with shower in a bath. Showerhead is

    loose, not attached to the wall. Some nights the noises from the neighbours were very loud, but

    luckily stopped before midnight.

    bedrooms and it is very quiet in the night.
    Against:The photo’s on your site are a litlle

    bit missleading, it looked a lot bigger than it is. There are a lot of things not finished yet

    and there is stuff of the owner insite. The lock on the door is impossible.

    city. Very secure also.
    Against:TV, washing machine didn’t work properly; electrical

    blacouts one morning; no maps for city or public transport; no general info re: shop for

    essentials (milk, coffee, bread, etc); lousy towels & not enough for 5 adults!!! Broken,

    unclosable door to terrace.

    standard. Tough to climb those stairs, lucky we are such climbers. Very noisy nights, but we

    could afford not sleeping very well. We really liked to stay so in the centre of the “Ramblas”,

    everything was just outside the door.

    stairs…

    in livingroom and kitchen. No cofee pot in apartment. No directions in english for washing

    machine or dryer. Elevator was broken most of the days and we had a person on trip with walking

    problems. The light in hallway did not come on when we left apartment.

    everything. Patrick was of great help all throughout our stay.
    Against:Apartment was not

    very clean, dust under beds, behind doors and in corners. No sheet covers were provided. From a

    2 bedroom apartment we had an apartment with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen. On the

    whole its was a worth deal.

    the curch in the living room was the most comfortable and that wasn’t included in the beds.

    the bed i the livingroom was very uncomftable like the “air madras”. the kitchen equipment was

    very insufficient and diffently not for 6 persons.
    At the last day where the key should be

    handled to the renter, she was 40 miniutes delayed, thats not okay!

    Conevenient, but there

    were always strange lads stand on the street…

    2) apartment security :
    during the

    stay it seems someone has entered in the room(the door was not properly locked, although I have

    locked when going out). Nothing was stolen, but more security is needed.

    When I come

    back next time I will try apartment in other area.

    Great location: walking

    distance of important monuments and close to the 2 more important metro

    lines.
    Against:Parking AWFULLY expensive (25 €/day a no place to park for free).
    Lots of

    noise late at night from neighbours and the elevator.
    Room claustrophobic. We had to sleep

    in the living room.
    Hot water ended after just one shower!

    For: The apartment was excellently located in the center of

    the old part of Lisbon, only 1-2 blocks from the main streets with shopping. Both the Ponte 25

    Abril and Christo Rei could be viewed from the window on the top floor. Two (at least)

    church-bells competed in waking us up from 8 in the morning, but that was only charming.

    Internet was included in the apartment, we didn’t know that so we didn’t bring a laptop.

    We forgot to bring DVD-films, but we could borrow several good films from the owner.
    The

    owner was very helpful and friendly, and helped us e.g. with taxi ordering and restaurant

    booking.
    We expected it to be cold, but heating radiators and good blankets helped us to

    keep the temperature up.
    The standard was very good, with new equipment in the kitchen and

    bathroom.
    Against:There was no TV, but only a DVD. It was OK, but it is always nice to watch

    local TV programs.
    The single bed was not a real bed, rather a matress on the floor. A

    thicker mattress or a better bed would be good.

    Against:The apartment (PEDRERA 2 in Barcelona) we checked in

    was only good in pictures. Every neagtive point of the apartment was concealad and not menioned

    on your website. We have been to many parts of the world and this was the worst experience in

    living conditions provided at the apartment.
    Cranky floor in a very old house… Even

    walking was difficult without making a noise and to top it all, we got a warning from landlord

    that if we make noise, we would have to pay fine. No one could walk on that floor without a

    loud noise. Worst of all was the washroom/bathroom we got. The flush tank took ages to fill up

    (atleast an hour), so if one were to use the toilet facilties it was to be done after waiting

    for an hour. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. The keys to the door of the house were

    non functional… The list is endless. Sorry to say, but I wont recommend anyone for the usage

    of this apartment. And i doubt if i can recommend this website because i feel cheated in some

    respect because the website didnt mention anything properly about the apartment.

    was into the room, next to the bed pillow.
    Due to atmospherical issues, water from the

    window was dropping during the whole night onto the bed.
    The WC was not private. The door

    was opened for every person on the floor level with no restriction. Maybe nobody uses it but it

    is available for any person.

    A favor: Perfectly situated and beautiful apartment with a quiet

    location! The local service person was helpful, but speaks only Italian (ok with us). The

    apartment is fresh and with good quality comfort furniture’s.
    En contra:Some minor cons. We

    had a dripping radiator the first days. We called and maybe someone fixed it, anyway it did

    almost stop after some days. The shower should be equipped with a drapery! The hairdryers’ plug

    does not fit into the socket… There’s lots of kitchen chinaware, but cooking is anyhow

    tricky. The “kitchen” is a dark and pretty small cupboard in the living room. No oven, no

    micro, no outlets and the water pressure was very, very low. On the other hand, you don’t

    really need a kitchen in central Rome!

    unable to gain entry to the apartment with keys, when the door had closed with a key in the

    lock on the inside. I feel that as this was the only entrance, the design should be better and

    this should not be able to happen.
    Also disappointed that when the above did happen, we had

    to pay for a locksmith €140 to open the door.

    person who gave the keys and the person who emailed us for conformation of our stay as they did

    showed us our necessity and showed us around the apartment that made us comfortable on our

     one we used was old but very warm and very handy for Charles Bridge!

     done without it, it was there but only the first 2 channels had sound. CNN news - had to read

     the messages at the bottom of the screen. Obama’s inauguration was not quite the same without

     sound!

     booked CITY-APARTMENT1!!! he told us there’s no hot water and heating in that apartment (it

     there. he didn’t mentioned us at all, a day befor he sent us a letter and didn’t say a word

     about such problems; and we had to pay for a room in hostel like for 3 room apartment! also our

     contact person didn’t speak english! a girl Anna helped him. here is her number -

     we lost 229.68 Eur - Reservation fee, and we had to seek another apartment by ourselves. we

     contact person offered us to arrange a car from the airport to the flat. As it was our first

     stay in Buenos Aires we decided to trust him but later we discovered that the transportation

     fee was doubled compared with the regular taxi service!

     Warm water was not constantly

     running. Actually, most of the time it was absent in the bathroom.

     We was involved in a

     stressful emergency situation caused by a broken tap on a water-pipe in the kitchen. The tap

     erupted suddenly and there was a real danger massively running water to flood the house. It was

     lucky at that very moment we was in the flat and due to our fast reaction water supply was

     stopped. Next two days we stayed w/o water in the kitchen because the contact person coudn’t

     find any plumber to fix the problem. Finally, the broken tap was changed. BUT! The contact

     person charged us with 50 euros deducted from the deposit. In my opinion, it is ridiculous to

     pay fees non-concerning our particular actions. Imagine if we had not been in the flat during

     the pipe eruption! I hope you will reconsider some specific situation like the described one

     and make it clear who is supposed to pay for any unexpected expenses.

     The neighborhood was really excellent and easy. The portugalian people are very friendly and

     shower could not handle the amount of showerwater. The shower water rised to our ankles. Even

     returned the taxi driver had already taken our luggage down to the car, i was unhappy that he

     anything or put anything in our luggage. although it was good that we could leave our luggage

     there anyway.

     Great location and the balcony is wonderful to see the roofs of Rome. A surprising modern lift in an old but very well kept building.Very nice people to welcome you and make your stay enjoyable. We considered ourselves to be very lucky to be there.
