We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. An ideal place to visit Gozo, close to a supermarket and the bus terminal.

The bedroom close to the street is somewhat noisy (some construction work was done on the same street while we were there.)

APARTMENT NUKA - Ljubljana

This apartment is filled with high ceilings, large rooms and art! It is right by the river and has a fantastic restaurant just below. The website does not do it justice and would be fantastic for a couple or a group. We utterly adored it!

The shower is not wall mounted.Although I am sure some people would not mind this we did a little bit, but bathroom is brand new and huge.Also there is a large double bed in the main room but only roll aways in the other, which is a shame.

BEST IN TOWN - Barcelona

Wonderful location close to La Rambla within a spanish (not tourist) community. Great bars and restaurants all around. Lovely ‘feel’ to the apartment with great potential. Good opportunity to get fit walking up to 4th floor.

Old mattress’s on bed that need throwing away! 2nd bed squeeks at every movement. Not enough comfortable seating for 4 people. 1 wine & 1 champagne glass for 4 people. No kettle, 1 decent size cup and 2 small. Broken kitchen and lounge units.

Location.

Apartment with only one room with windows to the street. Bed rooms with no windows. The apartment was on top of restaurant and the smell as awful. We had to make the beds, the photos when we booked were really much better. Very very expensive for the quality of the apartment.

Shower dreadful, needs new showerhead and better curtain/screen. Hob in dangerous condition. Only 2 rings work, no oven. Problem with toilet flush

The apartment was excellant. It was very clean and looked exactly like your web pictures portrayed it. It was close to public transport and shops for everyday things like milk and bread etc.

The advert it stated that this was a smoking apartment with no restrictions mentioned. On arrival we were told that it was a non smoking apt but we could smoke on the balcony. We specially booked this apt for my father-in-law who was with us.

– Equipment leaves something to be desired! Tap in kitchen basin not fixed, electric kettle does not turn itself off, toilet seat loose, large wardrobe in entrance hall falls over sideways if you open both doors at once (back not fitted)!

The apartment was lovely, lots of light, clean, big bath with tub, nice kitchen, and nicely furnished. The owner was very nice and tried hard to get the internet working, but it never did .

The location was much further than ten minutes to center of town. The bottom sheet on the double bed was more like a top sheet for a twin – not wide enough to cover the bed, let alone tuck in. No kitchen towels or paper towels provided.

This apartment is well equiped and easy to reach from Vienna’s excellent underground transport system. some slightly awkward spaces, but this would be a reasonable base for a week or so.

The apartment is near the entrance to the building, so noise from the main door and stairwell can lead to a distrubed night’s sleep. The mattress on the bed is thin and uncomfortable! The contact person spoke no english, and wasn’t v. friendly

Wonderfull location near the sea. Lots of restaurants near by, and a lovely harbour area. The turist tour arround Barcelona with Barcelona Turistic in busses is recommendable. Those a seat on the upper deck, you cannot see anything below.

The appartment was not especially clean, and there was a constant smell of sewer!
There are a lot of thieves in the area, so be carefull. I lost my wallet after beeing 15 minutes in Barcelona

Sabrina was very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely reccomend this apartment.

The only criticism we have is that although the bed was comfortable, it was very squeeky and took some getting used to!

Very nice clear apartment in a very prestigious quiet area downtown of Paris. It is in 10 minutes walk of Trocadero and 15 minutes of Tour Eiffel.
There is a supermarket very close to the apartment.
Very nice and helpful neighbors

Quite small and despite the good equiment doesn`t seem like home. Not so cosy I mean. But that`s ok for a week for a young couple.

The apartment is NEW! Very well furnished and well-decorated.

Wifi is available if you “squish” up against the window, in order to connect to a neighbour’s Wifi. (if it wasn’t for this, I would given it a better evaluation).
There were few bed clothes in the apartment, so two of the nights were pretty cold.

The location was really great and the furnishings were fine. I love the wifi access. Thanks for that! A very pleasant contact person. Linens and towels were clean.

Small room was a little noisy. The apartment overall wasn’t quite clean. There were roaches. The bathtub had not been scrubbed in a long time. Dishes weren’t clean either.

The apartment was new, nice size, good location and clean. The apartment is well equipped in the kitchen and the bathrooms are fine. The parking for car was very useful as well.

The problem was with the bad, its a poor quality queen size bad that make lots of noise while trying to sleep, and is much to small for a couple. The hot water heater is electric 60 Liter and can be finished quickly

A great city to visit.

We didnt get the apartment that we have booked, because of an accident with the pipes. (we we told )We got two other appartments, because we were 5 adults. With a lot of traffic-noise and not situaded as well as the first appartment. Bad luck!

The sleepingrooms are big – the furnitures are so-so / ok

the kitchen facilities:
The kitchen is so small, that you can’t really cook. The window turns to the stairs. Facilities are poor – fx no knife for bread /meat. Cupboards are dirty inside.
There is only one set of keys for four persons.

Great location, easy to get to everything. Had a lift – very useful when you have kids and a buggy (nb lift opens directly into apartment). Great restaurant 2 doors away! Size adequate for family with small kids (nb bathroom small).

Rude neighbour who repeatedly slammed our shutters one day. Contact email was wrong and not met at correct time despite arranging it (thankfully playground outside kept kids amused for the 40 minute wait). Room 2 v small and no window.

The apartment is located in a nice neighbourghood where you feel safe working home in the evening. Close to Central Park, subway and supermarkets and restaurants.
Good contact to the apartment owner who met us at the apartment when we came.

We were told it was 88 kvm, which it was far from. The equipment in the kitchen (pots, pans, bottle opener, knifes etc.) really needs to be renewed!

It’s not an independent appartment, it’s a separate room from a flat.
The owner lives at the same place and she is sometimes anoying, she keeps on telling what to do, e.g. open windows, take out the rubish.

It is a great neighbourhood, far from the touristic traps. The apartment was clean and sunny.

We were expecting to find the basics in the appartment, such as hand soap, toilet paper,dish clothes and salt/sugar/oil/etc (even those left behind from the previous guest). These are necessary for a good impression.

LE MARAIS 2 - Paris

The apartment was really good and in a fantastic location, very close to the main sights of Paris either by walking or on the Metro. The owner was also great and welcomed us when we arrived. The apartment is a good size and comfortable.

Nothing really major. Would like to see a mop and bucket in the bath room and a toaster and large bread knife in the kitchen. WiFI internet was being set up and should be available now. This is very good if you bring a Net/Notebook or similar.

Kitchen equipment could be improved. Invest in just two or three good quality pans (with lids) that fit the hot plates which will mean faster, more efficient heating/cooking, and a much lower electricity bill!

A very good apartment in Florence-Centro, 5 to 15 minutes walking to most of the attactions in the City (and there are so many… – what a city!). Complete (we even cooked sometimes), clean, organized, safe,very good contacts. Our compliments

What now against…. I can’t find one. The 60 steps up we took for granted. During de 7 days we did much more steps in all the museums, churches, towers, etc. But yes, a certain problem for handicapped people.

The apartement is OK when ypu want to have a low budget possibility and only for the use of sleeping and eating. The connection to the center was fine, there was also a good market for foof shopping. So we where glad with the appartement.

the cleaning of the appartement could be better, also the kitchen equipment. It’s a busy point at the corner with lots of traffic and tram’s. In the summer when you want to open the windows it wille be quit noisy in the appartement.

The beds were awful. The double bedsprings kept popping out of their sockets, which needed repairs throught the night. The kids beds made unsually loud creeking noices. The bedroom although well equipped had a continous stank from the sewage.

Good/clean/big/well equipped apartment for 4 persons: two bedrooms, large kitchen and livingroom, very good contacts with contactperson (mail/SMS/personnally). In the heart of the old city of Florence (5/15 min. walking to all events).

I can’t find one! May-be the 60 steps up (no lift) are a problem for some people. But… in the city (palaces/churches/parks/towers) we climbed many steps more during all the days we were there (8 days). A place to come back.

Really good area. Placed in the middle of Trastevere, but with no noise from the streets at all. Silent but central! Only to steps away from at nice little piazza.

Since the apartment is squeezed in between houses and is placed on the ground floor. There is no daylight at all. But right outside the door you can use the local Restaurants and bars.

The accomodation is advertised as an apartment but is in fact a detached lodge within the owners large garden. It is very private and the fittings and fixtures are excellent. We were made very welcome by the owner & his wife.

Steep walk into town 1km. but plenty of buses (15minutes) @ less than 1 euro.

It was really small, the bathroom was dirty and extremely small, could not take a normal shower. The bedrooms were large, but the matrasses were very bad and thin, also the covers were thin. TV didn’t work and also dvd player had problems.

Quite clean. Helpful contactperson, who came to pick us up by car when we couldn’t find the street. No extra charge for arriving near midnight. Nice beds. There was tea and coffee ready to use. Subway nearby.

No place to sit down comfortably, only at dining table. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped: not enough pans and glasses, no kitchen knives. Oven didn’t work. Heating wasn’t on (end of oct), which we didn’t know in advance. Shower prone to overflow.

Excellently positioned on Murano, lovely area and easy access to essential amenities. Fairly plain, but clean and comfortable. Kitchen appliances could be improved (bigger coffee pot, kettle, chopping board etc) and tea towels provided.

As far as I could make out there are no night buses between Venice and Murano and a taxi costs 60-70 euros.

Excellent localisation, very clean, quiet. Studio was designed by a very good designer, all in bright, sunny colours and mirrors. It makes rather small and dark place sunny and optimistic.

Not for older/disabled people or someone with hight anxiety: stairs to mezzanine bed are really steep.

It was on the fourth floor with no lift so would not be suitable for anyone who has trouble climbing so many stairs. But the website does mention this so it’s not a surprise!

We were met at the train station and escorted to the apartment by the landlord which made for a good start to our stay. The apartment was in a quiet area of Venice but conveniently located for both walking and water taxis for sightseeing.

The hot water system was sporadic – probably due to low water pressure not allowing the boiler to switch on – so showering was a lottery as to whether it was going to start hot and go cold – or to be cold from the start!

It was very clean and fashionably designed. Good design of space and terrace was a good bonus. Area was fine and easy for the centre which was just a few minutes walk away. It was quiet at night.

The shower needed a new shower head and the toilet seat needed fixing on properly. Maybe it just needed a bit of maintenance at the end of the season.
I would recommend it.

The apartment was beautiful with an excellent view over the Atlantic. Sesimbra is lovely fishing village and easily accessible from Lisbon by car or coach.

Not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility as access to the town and beach is via a very very long set of steps! Apartment was not furnished with any cooking essentials such as oil or coffee which meant we had to buy our own.

We think that the apartment (and the neighbourhood – all of Friedrichshain as a matter of fact) was SEHR SCHÖN!!

Clean room, nice bathroom and kitchen.

Though, there is one thing we would like to point out which was a bit
annoying: there were no wardrobe nor coathooks where we could hang our coats or clothes. Lots of coathangers (in a chest of drawers), but nowhere to hang them. Maybe because the apartment was so new?!

But still: We would like to go back – Berlin is a wonderful city – and again use Only-apartments.

We reserved an apartment with a couple of weeks in advanced. The day of arrival we were told that the apartment we reserved had a heating problems and we had to go to another one. Very basic and not nice at all. Would not stay there again.

ST. CENTRALE - Napels

The appartment is very spacious and the host was very kind in giving us the info we needed to get around. It is situated in a central location from which one can get anywhere in the city and beyond with great ease.

The neighbourhood is a bit shabby and the constant honking of cars was a bit annoying. After 10 p.m. it dies down though. The cooking equipment wasn’t all that, but it was adequate.

A lot of nice play areas and parks for kids
A lot of parking places in front

Floor is very easily stained
Takes ten minutes to walk to U-Bahn
The floor is shaking quite a lot when washing machine is running

2. Great apartment, 10th floor, balcony, fantastic views of the harbour.
3. Clean accommodation, bedding etc.
4. Great contact people, would use again.

1. Plan drawing and description implied separate bedroom, not so, simply a wardrobe separating the bedrooms.
2. Very limited kitchen utensils; had to purchase glasses!

Apartment initially booked was not available due to heating problems. stayed at TKALCA DE LUXE – lack of equipment, leak in bathroom, dirty entrance, noisy at night. Sorry but one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed.

RIVER VIEW 3B - Praag

We had a super stay in Prague! The appartment was beautiful, big, clean and fully equiped. We really felt home. The location is also perfect and the view is fantastic. I would certainly recommend this appartment to anyone visiting Prague!

Centrally located near public transport (metro, bus and tram), bikes free. At the back of a quiet courtyard it is perfect for a relaxed stay in Budapest. Everything is the apartment is new and kitchen utensils are available and shops nearby

Budapest is not the most bikefriendly town I know, so be careful when using the bikes; wear a helmet and use the lights at night. Outside the centre there are seperate lanes for bikes, so that’s better. Inside use the buslanes.

Great location, just a moments walk from La Ramblas. Decent size bedrooms. Modern, clean and comfortable. Good contact person. Very good value for money.

Up 4 flights of steep stairs. Not enough seating in lounge for the number of bedrooms. No mirrors in bedrooms, and no power points near to the communal mirrors – made getting ready difficult for 9 women!

Fantastic location, perfect little apartment. Area looks a little shady at first but we returned from nights out after midnight regularly and the area is well lit and quiet. Couple of mins walk to the Gothic quarter, bus and metro stops.

Service by staff is very poor and uncooperative, very rude indeed.
300 euro deposit is kept for 10 days after check out, that should be against the law.

Julia was amazing and v helpful. Felt like my own home. Roomy, clean and huge amount of natural light flodding into appt. Cupboards were stocked with the basics eg coffee, suger, salt, dishwash, washing powdr. Excellent location.

We silly Kiwis dont know how to use a washer/dryer combo!! Up 5 stories – do they not have lifts in Paris?!!

We had a very good appartment. It was var away from the center, but the bus was near the appartment and the taxi was good and cheap. The contact person was very friendly and the breakfast was normal and good.

Lovely ground floor apartment with balcony and garden. Close proximity to shops and tram stop just outside (15 minutes tops to Dam and very regular – Tram No. 2). Went for Amsterdam marathon and this was ~1 mile from the Olympic Stadium.

He helped us parked our car at free parking place without money and helped us with another our needs. We would like to recommend this apartment for any travelers!

Appartment was only 2 minutes walk from metro and 4 minutes from big supermarket. Little markets were everywhere. Neighbours beside the balcony were very friendy. It was very nice to have two storeys and the appartment was all together good!

Door down in the alley was hard to open but we learned it in couple of days! Coffee machine was very small (about 3 cups) and slow (½ hour). We had to ask from neighbours where to take our garbage.

Me and my 3 other travel companions were greatly statisfied with the apartment! since we are students n have low budgets. THe nicest thing is you get to cater youself!

Owners do not speak english although are VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY.

Tiny but very stylish and cosy apartment, beeing there felt extremely homeish. Very good equipped, lots of mindful details. We where a group of three girls, visited Madrid for a week-end, for that it was perfect. Underground is 5 min walk.

Owner doesn’t speak a word in english. It made us a hard time to communicate about money, arriving time, leaving the appartment etc. But at least , she tried to do her best!
