The situation of the appartment is excellent and the terrace is wounderful
The appartment would need some renovation work, the tissue of the sofa was quite used and dirty, the walls in the sleeping rooms either. However, we enjoyed a nice stay but had expected an apartment better in shape as indicated in the interne.

This apartment was actually exactly what was shown in the picture. It was very large, comfortable, and well equipped. I highly recommend renting apartments in stead of hostels and hotels and will be doing more of it in the future!
We enjoyed our stay in Paris and the time we spent in the appartment. It was comfortable, cosy, had lots of books (great photo-books) & CD’s. It’s in a great position for trasports (metro outside the door) and walking distance to main attracts
Groups of youngsters hanging around till late night.
Our contact person was very helpful, and he always responded quickly to our e-mails. The apartment was nice, spacious and very clean. We were very happy with our stay!
The sofa-beds were not very comfortable. We were a group of five people, and one had to sleep on the couch. She had to borrow an extra quilt to make the «bed» more soft. Not good.
for sure, the photos on the website have been taken some years ago just aafter a godd refreshing painting, and now it’s not like that…For the rest, really good.
Dangerous dicstrict, not calm. There is nothing in apartment – no salt, no pepper. Contact person asked to check out at 10-10.30 in the morning which is quite early and was late for 1.5 hour.
We loved this beautiful apartment, and really enjoyed staying here. Everything was convenient and clean as well as looking great. Very impressive. The flat was warm and the facilities were excellent and great value.
We would have liked a proper oven in the kitchen- there’s only 2 electric rings and a microwave.

Nice apartment with a spacious terrace. The flat is situated in a nice area with walking distance to the centre of Rom. There is also a bus stop for a direct bus to the city situated just outside the building with a frequent bus service. Close to local restaurants and supermarket. Very friendly owner. Recommended for a short stay in Rom.
Only one bathroom and a rather small kitchen. We had to queue in the mornings, and eat our breakfast in the living room (since it was too cold to sit on the terrace in Nov).

Our stay in Berlin was a hit and partly thanks to the apartment we lived in. It felt good to return “home” every night. Good standard of living where the decorations of the apartment gave it a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Apartment was wonderful, perfect for a couple. Has everything you need, very comfy bed and excellent shower. The contacts for the apartment were very friendly and hospitable. Was very straight forward getting the deposit back too.
The building and apartment are first rate. For me excellent means something like the Four Seasons, thus my marks of “really good.” The apartment is quiet (important), well appointed, and comfortable. I would highly recommend.
El Raval is a bit dodgy. Although I had been warned and took great care, I still go my pocket picked. I would head towards another neighborhood if I came back.

It wasn’t so clean when we arrived, and the bed was unsteady. The lightning in the room’s had it own lives and didn’t work all the time. The kitchen could need some more equipment and better knifes.

The sleeping stuff was not so good. A very cheap pillow and small hard bed’s. But if you bring your own pillow it’s ok.
It’s 15 minutes walk to S bahn Ostkreuz. (for me a litle far) But a lot of trains you can take!
The address on the internet was wrong. The contact gave the right one, otherwise I would have gone to a completely different neighborhood of Barcelona.

One handicap but really a serious one : the machine room of the elevator is next the appartement and it is making such a arfull noise. It is impossible to sleep before 1 h. and after 7 h.. You should give sleeping pills to the tenants.

Beatiful surroundings, comfortable beds and very nice apartment. Contact person is very serviceminded and helpful. The apartment is located in a very quiet area just outside Firence.
Very annoying trouble with water heater that is feeding the radiators. It did not function and the apartment was very cold for about three days. Twice a local technician was called to fix the problem, but without succes. Third time it was OK.
Me and my friend were thrilled! It was a fantastic flat! Verywell equipped. Like home. We met a new Lisboa his time. Beauteful! We are very pleased. Thank you. Renato was a nice man, he helped a lot.
One thing was trubblesome for us, the frontdoor lock. Very difficult to open. Unnessisary and should be fixed.
All the aspects about the apartment were perfects: the owner, all the details in the house make it a sweet home, like if it was your own home.

A nice, clean, small but cosy apartment for a couple who whishes to visit Paris all day long. Easy access, friendly neighboor and owner. The furniture is new and fitted for the place. We had a pleasant stay and we highly recomend it

A very good apartment, wonderful service, great location! The kitchen is stuffed with all that is needed, the heating charge was fair, and the location is truly fantastic. I was very happy to stay there, me and my family loved this place!

Very noisy place due to bars and disco’s in the nearby closing at 5am Friday and Saturday. Further a construction work is taking place at the building next door meaning a lot of noise from 7am.

We were disappointed with the appartment. Uncomfortable beds, a door for a tabel, plastic cups for lights, no television and certainly not clean to our standards. I won’t book through this website again!

This apartment is extremely well-placed in Venice, in what is said to be one of the oldest buildings in the city. Whether or not Marco Polo ever stayed here is beside the point. Quirky but comfortable. My friends insisted there was a ghost!
A lovely little flat, well furnished. It’s not the sort of place you would want to spend all day, but then you don’t go to a city like Barcelona to spend your time in a flat.

The location was great. The apartment looked fabulous. The staff were very kind to let us in earlier than the standard 2pm.
There’s a very popular and bar directly under the bedroom windows, do not expect to sleep before 5am without earplugs and still you’ll be lucky as the crowd are young and loud! The beds are outrageously hard. I slept on the couch instead.

Old small apartment, on departure we left the keys inside the apartment according to the instructions and when we got downstairs the outside building door was locked. We couldn’t go back in the apartment as the door was automatically locked.
Good contact people and newly refurbished flat in a quaint location, but the fridge was going on and off, which ruined all our food with fish dripping from the freezer. Also, lights were going out.

Comfortable apartment, with a balcony which was a plus, even though we were there in November. Arrangements for keys and check out were very good. District was very accecible to metro etc, but would not recommend going out alone at night!
Equipment was generally good, however, we had a kettle which did not work and the shower wall bracket had broken and not been fixed prior to our arrival, we also needed to clean the bathroom sink ourselves, as it had been left uncleaned!
Together with a friend, I stayed in the apartement Sarah for two weeks. A very nice, spacious, quiet & comfortable apartement, with internet, washing machine and good bathroom. I also liked the lively neighbourhood.

There were only 5 wine glasses – so I bought 10 more for us and left them for the next group. The whirlpools didnät work – not a major issue but could have used them if they did.
This apartment was way to expensive for the given facilities. Allthough the apartment was a BIG disappointment (there were so many things wrong it is too much to write down) the stay in Barcelona was fantastic. Great city, great people……

Very “noisy” in the local area because of construction of new apartment next door to our apartment. An ugly smell of garbich in the streets. A lot of grafitti in the neigbourhood.
“My Rome Apartment” was the perfect way to stay in Rome! The location was amazing, the apartment was very nice with two rooms to sleep in and a small kitchen with everything you needed and the owner was very easy to work with!

Overall well equiped and well designed studio. Calm environment though in a busy neighbourhood. Metro station 2 minutes away. “Ancient Rome” 15 minutes by foot. Enough bedsheets and towels for our 10 days stay. Good working electrical heating.
Lack of TV in foreign languages. Oven didn’t work. Deepfreezer was not defrosted, defreezing switch didn’t work. Shower rather narrow. Warm water in shower enough for 2, not for 3. Some electrical equipment not well maintained.

We spent one week in Acetari Apartment. Excelent place for visiting city, so we didn’t neet any train or bus. ther was close to everywhere. Apartment was really stylish, in charmingly place, in the heart of city.

The apartment suited our needs very well. We were an extended family group ranging in age from 18 to 89 and the facilities were adequate for us. The apartment was very handy for the station and we were able to walk to many of the sights.
The only problem I found was that the contact number I was given didn’t relate to the person who was in charge of the apartment, and so I was given another number and in turn, yet another number to call on arrival in Rome.

Just a word of caution if you are traveling with a baby and stroller, portable crib…etc: the street has a very narrow sidewalk and it is a very busy street. You also have to climb a long and steep stairway
Nice appartment, with standard comfort. Just for a good nightrest and breakfast is this ok. Appartment is close to the Barcelona centre. Metro etc. around the corner. 700 meters from the famous Ramblas. Cheap shops for daily things nearby.
Situated in The Gothic quarter. Appartment is being robbed several times. Not during our stay. Bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and balcony are small but clean.
Our appartment wasn’t available. We heard it when we arrived with our suitcases at the rentall office. After hours waiting and arguing with the owner, we finally got an hotel far OUTSIDE Milan. Which was very inconvenient
We deposed a complaint allready months ago but until now we never got a decent answer. I will never advice anyone to book at Only Apartments. This was once in a lifetime.

Was a very positive surprise! Apartment new, clean, nicely prepared, 5 min to S-bahn, supermarket opposite the street, many bars and restaurants where to eat. Have definitely no againsts, quality stay, recommendable!

The water is running into the kitchen, towels were needed to prevent this. Not really practical for cooking, more for heating up food. no view, lots of noise.
It is in old-town in Prague. Everything can be reached by foot, but apartment is silent. However it is on the 4th floor ideal for those who don’t want to walk too much (and don’t have car because in old town not allowed to parking as I know)
Aparment was clean but something was stink. Must? Cigarette smoke? I don’t know. 2nd day I had to find the disjunctor (main electicity switch in staircase) of the apartment because we used hairdryer and heater at a time and electicity has gone

Fine apartment on a narrow street in a comparatively less touristic part of Venice, close to a supermarket, a nice square with a couple of terraces and a vaporetto stop. Only a 10 minute walk from bus- and railwaystation.
The apartment is a bit dark, on a narrow street on the ground floor.
Excellent location, very central and short way to the most important sights. Very good service, we sent an e-mail to the office about a missing hairdryer, and they showed up with a new hairdryer the same day. Personal service, very good.
Cleaning – absolutely. There was dirt in every corner, the oven was a mess with loads of old food and grease. A bigger pillow would also be nice. Not recommendable for couples with a baby or persons who have problems walking.
We travelled with 2 children under 2 and when we arrived we had to wait 90 minutes for the contact person, even after email and telephone with details The noise from the street was unbearable all night every night, no double glazing on windows

We were a bit disappointed when we came in. On the internet the appartment is showed on the pictures with nice cushens etc. on the couches, flowers on the table. But there were none when we came in. A little bit more would be nice.
Great place to get to the metro and to walk to the Ramblas. The children loved to walk around and we felt safe until the night my husband’s attempted mugging. Fortunately, he was not injured and no money was stolen. The apartment was ok.
The website info gave the impression it was a two roomed apartment so when whole thing was just one room for 5 of us, we were shocked. For the money, not good value. Also, just a flimsy sliding door from kitchen to toilet, not very hygenic.
Nice apartment close to the center of the city and close to the beach, with a pleasant and helpfull contact person.
From the small garden there is vue over the sea.
There is no hot water in the kitcken, so you have to heat water at the stove or pick it up in the bathroom, which is a very nice one.
No big sharp knife and no trencher.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located if you have a car. Not recommended if no transport. Well suited to a group of people as the bedroooms and bathrooms offer good facilities and privacy.
The common area is not so comfortable as there is nowhere inside to relax as a group in a sitting room. The area is a dining table with not so comfortable chairs. The lawn outside is good if weather is OK.
The hardest part about renting this apartment was leaving! It is in fantastic location & the apartment itself is beautiful. We had more than everything that we needed. Thankyou again, especially to Marc for making feel so comfortable.
Street was a bit ‘seedy’ but only one short flight of stairs so access was easy and apartment was very quiet. Within walking distance of shops if you knew where they were, 20 mins to Charles bridge. Clean and spacious, good value. Recommend
More literature in apartment to show where shops were would have been helpful. TV only had one English speaking channel and reception was so bad it could not be watched!
The area is nice and safe. The facilities of the apartment are as described in the details section.
A few equipments need to be repaired (like the venetian blinds & the shelf for hanging the clothes, in the one bedroom).
The towels were not carefully cleaned. Soap and toilet paper were missing!
Some occupants of the building were noisy.
As we were three generations, age 76, 52 and 15 the apartement and the location was perfekt. It was a quiet house and a big apartment.My mothet put here bed in the hall where it was dark and quiet at night. Five minutes from KDW. We loved it.

The apartment is very nice located in lovely area with a lot of pubs and restaurants . Located about 15 minutes walk from the old town. In my opinion if you want to go Prague you have to chose Lipanska 10 )

The location was good and the contact person was friendly.
It was too cold in the apartment. We asked the contact to make it warmer since there was no thermostat in the room, but it was not warmer. Also, the beds were not the most comfortable; we could feel the springs through the mattress.
location was alright, it was only a 5 minute walk to the metro. However if you have to be downtown it will still take you about 30-40 minutes to get there. Bathroom facilities were also not bad.
The ventilator above the stove didn’t work. Due to this the smell of our evening dinner was still around when we came home that night.

The matrass of the bed was really tough, the sheets were clean but we spotted some odd spots. The ventilator above the stove didn’t work. Due to this the smell of our evening diner was still around when we came home that night.

The paratment is in a rather “dangerous” street.
We have some problems with utilities:
1. TV set had no channels to watch.
2. There were no hangers in wardrobe (fixed by request later).
3. No shelves in shower, nor shower cream utensil

Not so “fresh” as it looked at the pictures. Jazzclub and much “action” right outside the windows. Inform the guests that it’s double – not single quilts. One of the toilets made a lot of noise.

Central location, good base for exploring city, equipment good once we understood it, living acccomodation comfortable and well laid out. Excellent selection of nearby bars and restaurants.
Very noisy at night (local bars), but part and parcel of living in a city centre. Explanations for equipment poor, it took us a while to figure out the hob. TV had ONLY spanish channels and no DVD player. Quite dimly lit.
We stay at the apartment COLOSSEUM-AMORE in Rome Itali from 16.11.09 until 22.11.09.The apartment was very clean and very well equipment.It is about 300m. from the metro station and it had a supermarket just around the corner.
There was a group of 9 who stayed at the appartment. It was well equiped & when we did not have enough plates etc…. the owner was very quick to bring us more. He was helpful & offered us a pick up service fom airport, very good appartmen.

Large flat, 2 autonomous sleeping parts + 2 bathrooms and huge living room with kitchen. Location is not tourist so you can see most real life of Hungarian people. Minimalistic equipment looks exactly like on the pictures. Good value for mone
The location isn’t bad, but unfortunatelly not so good as shown on the map (to get more-less real location put to the google map the phrase: 1074 Budapest Király utca / Izabella utca). The equipment is quite poor, e.g. there is no rubbish bin

The only thing is if you come by car – but it’s not up to the people that own the place. The street is payable one. There is a parking lot nearby, but both are not very cheep, though…

A bit far from the centre of the city – but we knew that to begin with. A good idea is to get the number of the local cab company since public transportation at night is somewhat difficult.
The apartment is great, just like in the pictures. I stayed for 4 days and it has been great. The district is very good. If you travel by bus you arrive at Plazza Venezia in 15 min, and to Vatican the trip takes 30 min max. It is perfect.
A warehouse, that was transformed in two “so called apartments”. The windows cannot be opened, since they face the appartment below. Doesn´t have any privacy when the appartment below is occupied. Don´t let yourself be fooled by the web pics.
It is not the Ritz but the price is right for what you get. Close to S/U Bahns, safe area parking on street but plunty of it. Place has lots of potential and I hope the ower works to improve them.

Very good location in the center of West-Berlin. But the traffic on Kurfürstendamm is quite noisy, also in the night. – The shower is one of the best in my whole life (absolutely)! – The contact person was a helpful and friendly russian lady.

Apartment was perfect for us – warm, spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfy beds. Great neighbourhood with cute shops, bars and coffee shops with great breakfasts. Oestkreuz s-bahn only 5 mins away. Great value.

O edifício é muito pobre, essencialmente os acessos interiores, chegando mesmo a ser medonhos. São muitos andares. A agência falhou essencialmente por ter alugado e pago o Guell Z e ter-nos sido distribuido o Guell X, sem nenhum quarto.
Easy to reach from the train station and in a good position for many purposes. Spacy and comfortable rooms even for groups. Fully functioning equipment and very nice, precise, friendly owner. Easy to contact by phone and email.
Bathroom was a bit too small respect to the rest of the apartment (in size) and it was difficult moving inside. Kitchen was fully equipped , even beyond expectation, but a bit difficult to cook meals having no free countertops.

This apartement was really good. 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and a supermarket just across the street. The furnature and equipement were good and the information on keys and so fort were excellent! We had a very good weekend.

There was a very bad odor from the washroom in the apartment when we arrived and when we mentionned it to the contact person, he said somebody would come. Nobody came. Also, we were told there was a baby bed, it was only delivered around 9pm .

Localisation is really good. Only 10 mins on foot to Rambla. The apartament is small but it is ok for 2 persons. It is nice for this price especially in the center.
The one disatventage is darkness, because there is no window goes to the street.

1) No inventory report prior to our arrival, many things were broken and missing in the apartment and you never now what could be blamed on your self at check out.

Goede locatie en goede kwaliteit voor het geld dat er wordt gevraagd.
Leuke buurt en goede verbinding met de Metro. Parkeergarage in de buurt die niet te duur is.
De bank in het appartement zit voor geen meter. ( is ook gelijk bedbank.)

We were with a familiy of five from the Netherlands. Everything was OK and as promised. Contact person was clear in making the appointments. Very close to the Mitte and to the U-bahn station. We will suggest it to our friends.
Unfortunately somewhat noisy due to the U-bahn (and sometimes the cars), despite the isolated glass in the window.
We loved the district – very central . Once we have gotten used to how things worked( and the 91 steps up) in the small apartment, it was kind of cosy.
We had problems, opening and closing the shutters and the door to the roof”garden”. The heater started making funny noises-so we had to shut it down, for a while. So I think the locks and the heater needs some oil and a caring hand.

Our place in Budapest was everything we needed. Perfect place for our group. The apartment was located in good place and our contact person was very helpful. He always responded quickly to our e-mails and question and understand our situation.

Contact person doesn’t speak English or German AT ALL. Apartment didn’t look like at the pictures. Equipment of the kitchen is very poor and dirty (sticky). Contact person doesn’t come to take keys at the hour we pointed so we lost deposit.
The all place was dirty, quality of equipment was bad and dirty. When we arriwed the apartment was cold and dump. Bathrooms was very poor conditions. The building was distroid. The kitchen was roust. The blanked and pillows was very old.
Great apartment in the middle of Prague, right on one of the main avenues. Stayed 5 persons, 5 nights, perfect. Close to metro and tram. 10 minutes walk to Old Town.
The price for the final payment was in euro at only-apartments. I called the contact person in Prague and asked if we could pay in Czech Kurona instead, whitch was okey, but we got a really bad exchange rate when we arrived. So pay in euro!
It was easy and cheap to travel to the centre of Rome (but took almost an hour). Owners were a nice old couple but they spoke just italian so we couldn’t talk about the missing equipment.
The apartment didn’t have these equipment like told in internet: no tv, no radio, no hi-fi, no MP3 player, no terrace (just a small balcony, 2-3 m2), no hair-dryer, no normal coffee machine (just espresso pot), no iron (just ironing board).
Sarai Smith who was our contact person was extremely nice and professional. She was also a very reliable person with some great attitude towards her job and other people.

The athmospere was wonderful. Berlin is a nice city and because of the location of the appartment we could travel through the whole city.

Os equipamentos EXISTENTES funcionam corretamente.
Apesar de informado no site, o apartamento não possui black out decente nem máquina de lavar.
O apartamento NÃO possui um black out descente. conforme informado pelo proprietário (faltam 60 cm de tecido) o que foi de extremo desconforto nem máquina de lavar roupas, conforme informado no site. Tivemos gastos extras com lavanderia.
The appartment was in the centre of Berlin, only 5-10 minutes to all important places to see. It was really great. Equipment was also great – all things you need you’ll find in the appartment. I can strongly recommend this appartment.
There were only two shops near – to buy something to eat you had to go at least two streets away. But it is not a big disadvantage, there were lots of restaurants near.
