The flat was very well located, large and in a nice building
but it does not look like the picture on the website. It is tired and in need of many little attention. Towel and bedding provided, although clean were of poor quality. If would also benefit from thourough cleaning

This appartment is situated perfectly. Right in the centre. It´s perfect for spending some nights in the romantic city Florence. Clean and good bathroom. Nice, trustfull lady that helped us.
If some noise late at night is a problem, please don´t stay here. Because you´ll be in the centre and busy street.

i was in barsa with friends, we were in apartments near main street La Rambla, the neighbourhood was not good, but we had no problems. one thing i have to object is-no one came to change the towels and clean the room during our 7days stay!

De contactperson was friendly. We complained about the fact that the appartment wasn’t clean (kitchen en bathroom). He cleaned that day the kitchen for us en he repaired the bathroom. He also appologised for that.
Our first impression was not good, the appartment was not clean(!), 2 chaires were broken en 4 people had to sleep on the childrens bedroom.
Good apartment with a lot of space and a fine terras. it is a nice neighborhood and a very good restaurant at the other side of the road. Very good place to going to visit the city of Rome.
The apartment is very well situated nearby La Rambla and in a quiet aerea. Little shops are directly in the neighbourhood and opened untill late in the evening as well as during siesta time. The contact person is very friendly and helpfull.
The only thing against this apartment is the fact that very little daylight is available. The living room has no windows, only the upper room has some light through a small window. You can sit and relax right next to this window, that’s okay.
interior decoration was poor, the bathroom didn’t have a working light and was not very friendly in use for an older person. The kitchen was poorly equiped, for example there were no glasses. We were not able to shut the cutains.

The apartment was very good located, near to Las Ramblas and the old quartiers. The beds were ok. When I asked questions by email and phoned at arrival, that functioned perfectly.
Equiptment in kitchen was very poor. Not enough glasses for 7 people. No curtainrod and curtain in the living room (our son slept there). Pictures on your net of the apartment did not agree in real life.
Great location in Midtown! Close to Times Square, Subway, Theater District and also Central Park. The appartment is good value for money in NYC. Recommendable for larger groups (5-6 people). Big plus is the wireless internet. Had a great time!

Good location. Near Metro station. Supermarket nearby. All equipment was there only watercooker was thick chalk. Very very small frying pan for 8 persons was complete black.
With 8 persons we had to use the sofa in the living room for bed. This was cracked on one side so we had to support it with a pan. No spare light bulbs available. Walls needed a white paint.
The apartment is perfectly located for the medina and the tourist attractions. It is in an old building so has plenty of character, high ceilings etc. The decor is also traditional but comfortable – and quiet at night.
Limited kitchen equipment, which was not at all a problem for me.
Nice, clean and modern apartment near the centre of Paris and near Metro. A little book with tips about shops and restaurants around the apartment shows the attention towards guests.

It was a very poor appartment. It is for 6 persons but there were only two plates and one drinking glass. With a little luck we would have some hot water in the shower but most of the time it was cold.

good neighbourhood , Mario and his mother were very nice people to deal with, they introduced the apartement nicely, very good area to start the discovery of Rome, Metrostation Lepanto is near!
-the living room was a little bit too dark because it was not at a window with a lot of light
-the warm water was not a constant thing, it took sometime before it was at temperature,

The appartment is situated in a very lively pleasant area. The street where the appartment is situated is quiet, so you can get a good night’s rest. From here it is easy to see all te highlights on foot. It was very clean.
The sleeping room in the cellar is characteristic and charming but a little humid.

We were unlucky the metro station Glaciere was under construction. The next station was quite a long walk.

the appartment wasn’t cleaned , the bathroom was awful dirty, also it is impossible for bigger man to enter into the small shower cabin, an awful smell of cigare smoke was coming from the neoghburing apartments during the night!

We are pleased over the district, near to “everything”. We are also very pleased to the possibility to stay an extra hour on our leaving-day. The apartment was very good for our family, 10 adults and 2 babies. Excellent that we get 5 keys.

Good apartment in multicultural area close to Termini. Spacious bedrooms, toys are available for small children. Only 2 minutes away from Vittorio Emmanuele subway station, Colosseum is only 15
minutes (walking) from the apartment.

The neighbourhood, the old city, is a great please to start the day. Many shops, bakeries, small supermarkets and the bigger market. Also many great places in Barcelona are easy to visit.
The appartement is small, but good for 4 people. The plumbing, water pipes (lots of strange noises) and drainage, needs some maintenance.
Appartement is makkelijk met openbaar vervoer te bereiken vanaf vliegveld en ligt dicht tegen het hart van Trastevere. Gezellig en goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Rome.
Er waren een aantal dingen kapot: doucheslang lekt, rolluik grote slaapkamer kan niet dicht, spoeling wc hapert, handvat koffiezetter met tape aan elkaar geplakt, taperecorder werkt niet.
We were a group of six who shared CAPUTXINS 3 in Barcelona. It was even better standard than in the photos. Big balcony, well equipped kitchen, really close to La Rambla. The personell were very seviceminded, the cleaning perfect!

the street is very noizy, especialy in the night because of the kebab en shoarma restaurants across the street. The bed is bad and pillows are too thin. Doors too balcony is bad isolated (nioze). Office luggage-dump hard to find.

We arrived at 7.50 pm. Nobody was there, no sign, nothing. Finally we had a guy coming at 11.30 pm! trying to squeeze us of 25€, for we were late! We left at midnight for another place. Be ready for troubles then.

very noisy apartment; a little unconfortable because 1 room was without big bed. It was unnice suprice when in agreement i have to pay for more then 15 kWh. It wasn’t mentioned before.
Very nice apartment, clean. With a beautiful view. Little supermarket and baker’s shop 2 minutes from apartment. About 15-20 minutes to the centre (by foot). The bus stop to the centre is right on the corner. The contact person was very kind and helpful
Large apartment with enough space and luxery. Although outside the citycentre of Lisbon, one can travel good and fast to the city centre by metro. The apartment is located only 50 m from a metrostation.
In the direct vicinity of the apartment are no supermarkets, although there is a good bakershop in the metrostation.
It’s a clean and cosy apartment; very good!! You can walk to a lot of known places. A parking garage (Opera/Bastille) is around the corner; perfect. There is no noise from outside!

It was a good stay in such a fantastic city like Barcelona. To add to that, the apartment which we chose was really good in regards to cost, quality and location. While staying there for 4 days, we felt like at home.

Insects in the shower! Especially chosen because of the tv, but it did’nt work. The contact person showed up the second day, but he couldn’t fix it. Someone should come the other day, but no one has ever come. Very disappointed about that.
The size of the appartment is 23,75m2 (not 35m2). The size of the terrace is 17m2 (not 20m2). We asked the agency and the owner to fix five major faults but they didn´t care. I do not recommend this agency, owner or appartment.
What a fantastic location, close to everything and you have a magnificent view of the Eiffle Tower from the appartment. It was very neat and tidy, the owner was very nice too. We had a wonderful stay here.

Situation in the middle of the city was good. There were many good restaurants near. Metro and other public transports were easily accessible. The appartment had several bathrooms and bedrooms.
Building was badly kept, the elevator was very noisy and looked dangerous. Appartment was dirty, hot water was scarce. All electric works in the appartment were not in order.

Cleanliness was lacking, no toilet paper when we arrived (not very pleasant) and false instructions how to get to the apartment. we were reffered to take a taxi as the only option when there was good public transportation access.

The apartment was realy central, only a minut walk from the ramblas. Metro also very close. Comftable and clean. Conveniant for two maybe a bit small for more than a couple. Contact person friendly and helpful.

I’d recommend it to anyone to stay in this Apartment. We stayed there for five days and everything was great. The place is next to the metro and it is a fine district near to the Canal Saint Martin. The app. is very clean with adequate furniture. The support was perfect – thank you Julia!!! And in the end: it is a fair price!

We werden uitzonderlijk goed ontvangen! Het appartement is dicht bij een metrostation, zodat het centrum en het treinstation in 5 minuten te bereiken is. Supermarkt naast de deur.
Very nice and big apartment for 6 people. All of us really enjoyed staying there even though it was not in the centre of Rome, the metro was only five minutes walk away from the apartment.
The owner was very kind a very helpful.
The apartment is in a great location and had all of the amenities we needed. Based on the location we thought it would be noisy but it was perfectly quiet at night. I would stay in this apartment again.
There wasn’t enough hot water for all four of us to take a shower. By the time the 2nd person was done the water was pretty much cold. Also, I could never get the wifi connection I was given to appear on the list of available networks.
It was a small but cosy, very clean, nice, good located appartement. We highly recommend this appartement for young couples who want to explore the city for a couple of days.
It was a wonderful appartment and the location could not be better. There was a playground for children just in front of the front door, surrounded by a few nice cafes. Really nice!

Very nice owners, nice apartment. Done a few apartments this holiday and this was the only one that actually had a little bit of “basics” stocked in the pantry. Coffee, tea, sugar, they even left us some bread, jam, butter & water!
While the neighbourhood is absolutely fine (looks like plenty of families, working class etc.), the security arrangements seemed a bit intimidating…

Good location in a quiet place with a large and nice garden. It is 1km to Piazza del campo, there is a steep hill to reach it but a bus stops every 15 mn just behind the house. House well decorated and equipped, bed very comfortable.
The house is a bit dark but we thought it was aimed at being kept fresh in summer.

De locatie was perfect, S en U-Bahn om de hoek. Genoeg supermarkten in de buurt. De heer Rames was vriendelijk en voorkomend. Onze trein had bijna een uur vertraging, wij hadden vanuit de trein gebeld en hij heeft keurig gewacht.
The rates for rooms and other housing in Japan/Tokyo is extremely high but with the comfort and excellent service we received at Kunumi Mansion we thought it still a very good deal.

The Spanish Flat was a very spacious and comfortable apartment and the “Portinaio”, Antonio was very helpful. The location is very central but the road itself is not as busy as some in this area.

This apartment is too small for even 2 people, much less 4! It was humid and dark indoors even though it was dry and sunny outside. Bathroom is very tiny, no window, moldy and wet all the time.
The appartment did not live up to our expectations from the pictures we were shown. It was very difficult to use the keys both downstairs and upstairs. We were told that there were beds for four grown up people. Two grownups can not sleep on the couch in the livingroom it is too small.

We are really grateful for a possibility to stay in such a marvelous place at Rue Charlot – we felt like at home and we traveled everywhere on foot although the metro and the buses were accessible all the time (we preferred our feet:))

There are only 4 knifes in the apartment, of which one was broken, one is for fish, one has a broken point and the last one is a steak knife. The tiles in the bathroom floor are loose. All so the furniture is not worth mentioning.

Nice landlord who showed us his fruit tree garden, very exciting. Big bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Good little cafe near-by. Beautiful environment and scenery. Parking included, good.
Far to go up the hill. Bus schedules not dependable.. We waited for an hour w/o luck. Bedrooms next to busy road, very loud-lousy traffic, ear-plug a must. Extra 50 euro charge on final cleaning plus 40 euro charge on sheet+towel is unfair.
Landlord Fabio is very nice. Unit is on roof among 2 other apartments, terrace is bright+sunny, good for outdoor breakfast/lunch. Unit also close to everything in town, wonderful!
No windows in the combined sofa-bed/living-room/kitchen area.It’s dark even daytime if door is closed. Bathroom is same. Must open door always, and bedtime too to get fresh air. Fortunately, no one tried to break in during our stay.

because ‘something was wrong with our appartment’ (Berlinstay 7) we were dropped in just some random appartment. Broken bed, too few plates, glasses etc. (we were with just 4!!), filthy, ugly, empty.
great location, good value. Washing maching a big help and cooking facilites. We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable even though it was a sofa bed.
Noise. In such a busy area, which we loved, the use of double glazing would be perfect. Very hard to sleep. Bathroom very small and hard to keep dry. Could do with more kitchen utensils.
Me and my friend had a great stay in Karsal House. There are the most basic things you need, and the apartment is cosy and nice.
It’s a little to far away from the centre of the city. NOT only 15 minutes. Remeber the bus at Friedrichsstrasse, you will need that, if you don’t want tender feet.

The apartment was good, very near Fontana di Trevi. Everything was in the apartment, good bathroom and good vibe.
We were with 2 couples, one couple on the sofabed and one in the bed in the vide. Both beds were very, very bad. The sofabed was too soft and the other bed was hard as rock. If this could be fixed than there is nothing wrong with the apartment

A lot of people making noise in the street, especially during the weekend. Perhaps a sound proof window would be a good idea. Also, one night, there were people from another apartment making noise all night long. Sofa bed coudn’t be closed.
Very good location. You need few minutes only to be in Trastevere. Silent. No chances to park the car but it is normal in Rome.
The problem is, as we have realized not only our problem, that visitors with booked apartment sweetestaccio2, after arrival on site receive proposal to move to new “better apartment” at Via Ostensee. Do not agree! It is awfull.

It is a large and comfortable apartment located close to the subway, so that you can reach the city center easily. The flat and staffs are clean and is equipped with a good furniture, but there isn’t any kind of internet available.

the flat is on the first floor of a building above a bar. on one night the bar was playing music v loud until 4am – so sleep (even with earplugs) was impossible before this time. will not return for this reason only.
Altough we knew we had chosen a small appartment it was a shock when seeing it the first time. Not that much fresh air in the appartment especially during the night.
It is a lovely apartment, very clean and light, fully equiped, excellent location, surrounded with many teraces and bars and places to eat and supermarkets, 5 min to S-ban station. You couldn’t find better!!!
However, I would improve the internet service and suggest a cable connection, instead of a wireless one. I was disconnecting very often.

Glad that we decided to stay here. The apartment is located right in front of the metro station. It was only 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The place was completely neat and clean, and very comfortable. It was well equipped. I took advantage of the kitchen to make breakfast and cooked a little bit when we were too tired eating out.
There’s a nice Bistro in the neighborhood, where we had dinner. They served good food with reasonable price. There’s a supermarket and boulangery nearby… which made our stay in the apartment even more convenient.
The owner of the apartment, Nicolas, was very helpfull to make this holiday less stressfull right from the start. He was eager to help us with anything and gave good advices. Thanks to him, we had a lovely stay in Paris.
We, my son and I, had a fantastic time in Madrid. The appartement is very cosy, clean and what a great view!

The double bed was awful bad, there was no mattress pad in it, none of the adult to sleep in. The toaster was broken, no stopper in the sink, with a bit of kitchen utensils, should be whipped and cheese slicer
Great place. Right behind the Uffizi. It was several flights up, which was a lot for the small children, but we knew that going in, and we were fine. The place was clean, nice, and had everything that we needed.
we enjoyed our stay, it is a nice appartment, the living area is spacious, kitchen very well equiped..
the ceiling height in the bedrooms was too low for tall people. we were with 7 adults, of whom 4 very tall. There are only two double beds (one in the bedroom, one in the livingroom) suited for tall people, the other beds were too short.
Nice location. When we arrived the door to the terrace didn’t lock. The man from Urban flats was verry kind. He managed anouther appartment for the first 2 days (also in the centre) till the lock was reperated. He always is there when you call

Sometime the warmwater boiler stopt. We had to make it on several times. The appartment looked a little dated.

Very nice, bright and clean apartment, right in the center of Barcelona. Not very spacious, but spacious enough for two persons. Tip: the bike shop next door has a locker service. Very handy for the last day.
Well, only one thing: the bed. First of all it has a squeaking bed frame, and second after a week our backs were really sore. I would recommend the owner to replace the bed.

The neighbourhood is in a ghetto and it was really scary for us(a group of five girls and a boy). The neighbours in the opposite building were very rude and watched in our windows all the time so we had to keep our windows and shutters closed.

This is the third time i’ve hired an apartment in Barcelona and i have to say this one was a shade on the run down side. Broken knobs on the hob and oven, kettle was faulty, toilet keep flooding the bathroom floor and some lights didn’t work.
Nice and comfortable appartement close to supermarket, very nice restaurant downstairs, close to a busstop that takes you to the subway.

On the site was the appartment presented as an appartment with a balcony. There was no balcony!! The appartment is situated in a small building with 4 other appartment, from which just 2 are equipped with a balcony/terrace. This is misleading.

The apartment was very modern equipped but the style harmonized with the classic building. The well-chosen interior made us feel at home immediately. The apartment was spotless clean. You could reach the city centre and the most important historic hot-spots easily by bus. The busstop was just around the corner. There’s a nice Bistro in the neighborhood, where we had dinner. They served good food with reasonable price. There’s a supermarket and boulangery nearby… which made our stay in the apartment even more convenient.
