Our First time in Berlin and we had a great time. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was lovely, and the balcony looks over the private court yard which really adds to the experience. 10 out of 10.

The holiday flat lies in the city, some of the sights are in a walking distance. The metro-station is nearby. A food-shop is vis a vis, it´s open to 10 in the evening or later.

i would highly recomend the appartment. the location was great we where close to everything and the tube station was only two blocks, but we where also close enough to the centre to walk it. the appartment was comfortable and clean.

Landlord only spoke italian, so there was a small challenge when communicating with them, but with hand guestures and a few italian words it went smoothly.
Location is near the center, you can walk easily. And the terrace behind the apartment is perfect for breakfests. Also the owner owns a restaurant accross the street which has very friendly staff.

An absolutely amazing flat, that really made our stay in Berlin, the best weekend away that I have had in our lives. Max the house keeper is an absolute superstar and Gentleman, and gave us all the best tips as to where to go.

The apartment is located near the gothic-area and close to the beautiful central park. There are many affordable food-stores and shops nearby and the area is quiet at night.
The streets are a little bit shabby and can seem a little scary at night but you soon get used to this.

The apartment is in the basement and is damp and full of mould. the 3 airconditioners did not work. The sheets consistently felt wet and the sleeping was terribly uncomfortable.there was no plug for the sink. There was insufficient cutlery.
The apartment was in good location for the Marina and La Rambla. Next door there is a really handy little shop for any basics you may need. The balcony area was lovely to sit on. The living area was a good size. Plenty of storage space.
Shower area awful, dark, tiles cracked and grouting dirty. 2 lights not working in the bathroom. Only one settee, more chairs needed. Spare pillows were stained, need replacing. Bedding clean but not ironed. No mirrors except in the bathroom.

Apartment is not in tourist area/block. Neighbours dislike tourists in the building even when you’re trying to be as quiet as possible. They ring the door bell at early hours each morning to wake you/annoy you.

The bus service #224 and #280 were right at the door, but the times seemed a little hard to predict. The nearest Metro stop was a 20 minute walk. The neighborhood had some nice cafes and restaurants, not many but what were there was nice.

Sotto La Mole apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, spoke excellent English, and ensured that we had all the information we needed re shopping, transport & managing a lost passport.
Fantastic location! Extremely safe; we had to unlock 4 doors to get to the apartment, which was good. Location of the apartment is also very quiet.
The apartment has an unpleasant “musty” smell. The freezer part of the refrigerator was completely covered in ice, which made it unusable. Also, during our stay, we had to kill two big cockroaches! We never had this problem anywhere else.
The apartment is pretty worn, slightly dingy, toilet seat was broken, shower splashed alongside and it was very difficult to control the temperature regularly, eating space in the kitchen was not possible for 4 people so we had to move meals for one bedroom, TV was very small – and placed in the refrigerator in the kitchen.

The key turned ALL electricity off including washer/fridge so we had to sit in the flat and wait for the washer to finish. Washing powder, toilet paper and English translations for washing machine would have been useful.

The apartment was as big as it was described in the presentation. It was clean and cosy. More than that it had a little yard in the back where we enjoyed the lazy mornings and made the plans for another day. I would totally recommend it!

The apartment has been renovated nicely and is very clean and comfortable. It is quite well equipped. We love to walk and so for us it was an easy walk over to the Gothic area. We enjoyed the feel of the Poble Sec area as well.
We didn’t like not being able to have direct contact until we had paid a non refundable deposit and then getting information about needing to phone and late check-in fees after the fact. That said, the staff were very accommodating.

The place in Paris is great! You can see Centre Pompidou from your window, the supermarket is nearby, also the nice streets with many restaurants, shops and the Metro is next door. Fridge,Washingmachine,Dishwasher,Toaster etc is there!

We loved our stay at Catedral Bicos, Lisbon. The location in the Alfama was wonderful, as was the comfort and appointments in this lovely apartment. It was good value for money, and we would definitely revisit again next time we are in Lisbon.
Closer to Cavour Metro station right in the middle of Rome city. Cosy apartment with nice beds, good kitchen and fair facilities.

We had a lovely stay in the Dautancourt apartment, particularly liked the local market selling fresh food of high quality. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and safe for two women coming and going.
Paying a significant deposit in cash leaves you with unspent Euros on departure so worth planning your expensive shopping for the day you leave.
The apartment was excellent. Well maintained and great location – near the Metro, Supermarket and the Colloseum !! But no product is better than the person behind it. The hostess was warm, lively, eager to help and happy to see the guests.

Location. The apartment is very well located, a few steps for St-Peter’s Square. It is very well equiped, on a quiet street, yet close to everything you need. Roma San Pietro train station is easily reached from the apartment.
Contact person was there to meet us, area is quite central (but rough-we saw three fights among locals in five days), terrace is a good size and gets the sun. There was lots of hot water.
Apartment VERY noisy. Bedroom at front of building can hear every noise from street and walking in upstairs bedroom was very noisy for bedroom below. Left luggage facility is in different location & you have to pay extra for it.
This apartment was beautiful and perfect for four people. It had a full, functional kitchen complete with appliances. There was a cute terrace where we ate breakfast every morning before visiting the sites. Great value and wonderful experience
It was a decent walk to any of the major sites, but that would be true anywhere. The neighborhood felt safe.
The coach in the living was broken, the washing machine does not work well, the shower is really small, no access to internet and there were some heavy work in the building next to the flat so it was impossible to sleep after 8am.
If you want to feel real Barcelona life it’s the best place to stay! You can see / hear / feel how residents lives there. The location is pretty good, only 3 min to nearest metro station and around 15 min by walk to La Rambla.

I didn’t like the fact the picture of the two chairs (Mercat Santa Caterina), since it looks like you get your own area outside where you can hang out – not just some chairs in the stairs. We also missed proper wineglasses.

What I got was not entirely as advertised. There was nothing for making coffee (except instant). The floor plan and photos imply a bed in the corner of the room. In fact the bed nearly fills the room (but it’s very comfortable).

The appartment is located just in front of the bus station and there is a supermarket very close. The vatican is within walking distance.
There is no oven, one lamp was broken. Some of the beds are noisy. In the web add it stated 25 EUR for leaving earlier than 8:00 a.m and we were invoiced 30EUR. The water from the shower changes suddenly from hot to cold.

The mattresses on the beds in the 2 large bedrooms are quite thin
good choice for family with young kids although one room facing busy street was quite noisy.. not for someone with sleeping problems or light sleep..nice contact person, great selection of books, Lonely Planet guide, dvds, WIFI internet etc.

very good location for a stag party walking distance from all major restaurants and bars.
Noise restriction from 10pm-6am – neighbours will call police, but fear not all you gotta do is what we did… drink up and leave at 10pm and not return until 6am!

Primair things in the app. were broke: The bed (!!!) There múst be a good (normal) 2 person bed, or??? This Bed was broken and re-fix!! And the Doorkling from the innersite…. Or disordred: the Toiletring. There was very few kitchenmaterial.
Terrace is good size, apartment is small but adequate for 3 people, good location, close to shops, restaurants etc.

We were overall very satified, and the appartment was even nicer than in the pictures! Our contact person was nice and helpful, and responded very quickly on both mail and sms. The terrace was lovely!
We had some problem with the electrics, nothing wrong with it but we didn’t understand we had to turn on a switch. A written guiden would have been a goog help!
The apartment was REALLY good. It was close to the “Garde du Nord” and we could easily walk to many of the famous attractions. The view from the little window was fantastic.
It was really hot in the room and we couldn’t cool it down even if the window was open during the night.

A bit noisy (apparently quite like Macau)! and up four long flights of steps in an apparently rough street but lively and interesting and close to everything. Building clean and apartment totally fine.
The location of the apartment is excellent, close to two remarkable monuments, the Sant Pau Hospital and Gaudi’s most famous Sagrada Familia temple. The subway station and taxis are around the corner. The neighborhood is very green and pleasant, with lots of little shops, outdoors cafes, bars, and restaurants.
The apartment itself was a disappointment. Instead of the 5th floor it was on the first floor, so opening the windows was out of the question, especially because the windows in living room and two larger bedrooms are on the basement level.
Two smaller bedrooms are the size of a closet and very stuffy. The only air conditioner in the living room never reaches them. And the biggest surprise was their windows that faced …… take a guess….. THE ACTIVE ELEVATOR SHAFT !!! It was especially surprising because before booking the apartment I had specifically asked the seller about those small rooms, and the answer was: yes, both small rooms have doors and windows. The fact that the seller chose to hush up the “tiny” detail about the elevator shaft speaks for itself. I consider it a deliberately misleading and fraudulent advertising.
The rest about the apartment was OK, it is adequately equipped for a long stay, it does have a small refrigerator, a microwave, some pots, dishes, etc. On the whole, it may be quite suitable for two couples or a family of four. For a larger group, its members better be adventurous enough to be willing to sleep in a closet.
Friedrichstrasse – good location, with a U-Bahn stop a few steps from a buinding.
Bad neighborhood. Whe you go with a family, I don’t recommend this place. Other apartments can be occupied by drunk, loud, rude people. They can wake you uo in the middle of a night, cause they don’t remember they their apartment is.

Missing: a clothes tree if bedroom occupants already asleep, little couchside table for small items at night, a mirror, a curtain for privacy, a kitchen towel
Great location just off the Ramblas and fairly quiet. Apartment is quite compact but was very comfortable for the 4 of us (2 couples). Bedrooms are a good size and the apartment had most home from home facilities. Contact was fantastic!
On the third floor but felt like the fifth floor after climbing the steps. Strange smell in bathroom which backs onto back of building (not in the rest of the apartment). Could do with aircon in the second bedroom.

Excellent location – pretty close to Ramblas. There is no point at all in renting a car in Barcelona, it’s too crowdy and finding a parking place is almost impossible. From that apartment one has short distances to metro, Barceloneta.
If you look for a comfortable place, you’d better tsearch for something else. Small, stuffy and short rooms in an old building, however renovated. The entrance is very narrow and rather scary, lots of mosquitos, cable TV doesn’t work.

The staicase is a bit nasty but once You enter the apartment it stops matter any more.
Located on a great restaurant&cafe street, with grocery stores nearby and Danube right around the corner, the apartment is well equipped (even with a computer for internet access), intimate, spacey. Maps and guides for Budapest are provided.
Everything worked exactly as agreed. When I had to leave early in the morning without seeing the contact person, it was no problem having the guarantee deposit paid back onto my account in another country.
Apartment Pantheon was not available. Contactperson changed it for Notre Dame. 3stairs i.s.o 1. Poorly equiped. Poor light for reading. Difference in price from apartments while booking was 56 euro. The contactperson though refused refund.
Clean, fresh appartment, includes everything you are expected to need. Not luxurious, but very sufficient. Contact person very friendly and helpful. Grocery stores and cafés very near by. Metro (subway) stations near by.
At the time of our visit there was some construction going on in the same or a nearby building that started with loud drilling at 9:00. It could be a little annoying after a late night out. Quite heavy traffic on street outside.

Internet sites said it was wireless internet in the apartment, but it was no internet at all. The friendly owner ordered it at once when I told them.
Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, clean,very friendly and helpful owner and local contact person. The neighbourhood is great, with many cafés, good access to public transport, a shop just around the corner, the cathedral is 10 minutes away.
The entrance of the house is not the most welcoming.

The fact that there is no window in the apartment was not so nice. The air on the apartment was not fresh. Perhaps if you repair the air freshner machine it would be great. It makes a lot of noise. But anyways, thank you!

The shower didn’t drain well but it didn’t stop us using it, we could have just done with some extra towels. As we were only there 2 nights it wasn’t a problem, had we have called them, however, im sure they would have dealt with it.
Very friendly & helpful people for check-in, fabulous location. For two elderly, two adults & two very young children, we were well equipped and comfortable. I would highly recommend this for anyone doing the touristy thing in Berlin!

Location, location, location. walking distance to every spot of rome, excelent for nightlife near campo de fiori. the bathroom equipment is excellent, but poorer at the kitchen, although is ok.
you must do something with that glass roof! some cheap hanging curtains would do it.
Equipment : the coach for our guest was half broken & had no sheet : we had to ask for it, and this was charged something like 150 ! Whaow ! The washing machine did not work properly + bad luck for us : a demolition/construction site under!

A completely renewed apartment in stark contrast with its surroundings makes for an extraordinary experience and the way to go for a group of three or more people. Friendliness and hospitality of the contact people round off its high value.
The building is a bit old, but that just contributes to the unassuming yet high value offer.
The apartment is spacious and makes access to the Rambla and all tourist areas very easy
The area is not the best – drug dealers/sex shop etc you have to walk by to get to the apartment-didnt feel safe at night. Also VERY noisy at night-bars on street directly below the apartment, neighbors playing loud music until 4 am.
Everything was just what we hoped for. The appartment was very close to the central station, a supermarket was just arround the corner, and several interesting sites within walking distance.(if you don’t mind a little exercise).

The CASASORA apartment is fantastically located, everything was in walking distance with heaps of great restaurants within a one block radius. I highly recommend this apartment for those looking for a perfect base in for their holiday in Rome

our stay in Berlin was great, and our apartment had something to do with that. It was just a few minutes to the underground, very close to some of the sites that we wanted to see, close to grocery store, cash machine, bakery, etc.

Security – the windows coud have been opened easily with a push from outside. I’m pretty sure the spec said it was on the 3td floor, but it was actually on the 5th floor. And the stairs were unlit in places, which was dangerous after dark.

The apartment is cheap, but the quality is low. The entrence to the apartment is terrible.(dirthy and full with all kind of materials) The contactperson is difficult to reach and has no feeling for service to customers. Advice look for else.
Florence is a lovely city to explore, well worth a visit. The apartment is in an excellent location with lots of cafes and restaurants around the piazza and is very close to all the attractions. The owner was very helpful.

Suitable for young travellers, who wish to spend time near the old town bars and events. Apartment is ok and near everything. Contact person was very helpful and everything went fine with him.
The dishwasher didn´t work properly and there were some leaks in toilet. Also, we didn´t find any forks. There was quite a lot of noise during the nights. So for a family this is maybe not the best choise.

There is good bus service from near the Florence train station to Impruneta where LA PALAZZINA is located. The setting is beautiful and was perfect since we wanted to see the Tuscan countryside (and get out of crowded Florence). Awesome owners
The beds were a bid uncomfortable, but no other complaints. If you are going to see the rest of the countryside you might want to rent a car.

Excellent apartment! Nice location, close to both metro, train station and several supermarkets. Access to internet and a fat flat screen TV made it more enjoyable to stay inside on the rainy days.
When we arrived the oven in the kitchen didn’t work. Luckily for us a quick call and the landlord came with a handyman and fixed it for us so we could happily eat our evening dinner an hour later.

At first look I was little terrified, at second I liked it. Very good localisation, close to rail, beach, old town, metro. In reality, apartment is little less than on pictures.
Our stay was a pleasure, the apartment was cute in a great location with access to the city and the sights. It was secure and private with all the amenities needed and the landlord was very helpful and lovely man.
The apartment is nice and clean but kitchen’s equipment would be better. The apartment is located near Las Ramblas – main street in Barcelona (about 5-7 minutes by foot). The contact person was helpful and polite.
There is a quite noise by night (noisy street). In Barcelona you can meet many thiefs, so be careful !
Near to metro, nice entrance, nice flat. We are liked it. Valued it’s money. 10-15 minutes walking to plaza Cataluna. Just across the road there is supermarket.
poor plates and dishes for big family (for exm. for 6 people), we didn’t find any cups for tea (only very small ones for coffee).
Location was perfect for our short stay.It is close to the shopping, the sights and the activity that is Los Ramblas.
There was no kettle for boiling water, a shared washing meant that we could not use it as it was always full of washing, either processing or not collected. The apartment was difficult to locate for people that do not know Barcelona at all.
The place was in very good location, minutes away from Placa Catalunya, which makes it a really good spot. The apartment was spacious and clean, had all of the amenities and clean towels.
The key to the entrance door was not working properly, I had to spend 15 minutes at night on a tiny street trying to open it, that wasn’t fun. There were workers in my flat one of the evenings, fixing and cleaning when I came back. Not good.

NUKA 95 was a comfortable and pleasant apartment. It was situated ideally in the centre of the old part of Ljubljana, a great city with lots to do and see.
There was a piano, however, it was out of tune! I also rcomend taking your own adsl cable if you want to access the internet whilst staying in the aparment, though there are internet cafes in the city.

When ariving at busstation, the owner of the appartment didn’t answer is phone. Luckily only appartments was there to help out by phone. I think there were a little to many emails, so it got a little confusing when to call exactly.
A little more attention to stocking the apartment was required (eg tea towels and drying rack). Instructions on how to get to the apartment from the central train station would have been useful (rather than offering to pick us up for a fee).
Very nice appartment in good location just few steps from the city center. Happy to recommend. Contact person was helpfull and positive ‘though we got lost with our little car in the labyrinth of narrow oneway streets.

A very nice appartment not too far form the city of Rome. Stefano speaks fluent english. The quest-book with all the basic information of public transportaion and local servicies is very handy. Ten points for the airconditioning.

Retro-apartment — Berlin The apartment was clean, spacious, light and decorated in a fun way. Good location although on a busy main road.
The bar immediately downstairs was VERY noisy every night. Saturday was SO loud with music and shouting until 5am we could not sleep at all. Be warned – bring earplugs.
Great location, the center of Rome was easily accessed by a bus for only €1.00. The area was filled with great restaurants and bars that were not touristic at all, felt right at home

Centrale, anche se non proprio nel cuore della vita di Barcellona. Vicino alla Metro permette ottimi spostamenti. Anche vicino alla fermata del bus turistico. Abbastanza pulito. Ben equipaggiato di tutto. Letti comodissimi.
Un imrovviso controllo nell’appartamento per cambiare le batterie nel telecomando della TV ci ha spaventati al ritorno, avendo trovato la stessa accesa mentre era spenta quando siamo usciti la mattina.

it’s quite small, and poorly illuminated. it has a depressing feel to it, although this certainly encourages you to spend more time outside exploring the city.
Rentys Zagreb-Good location but the apt. seems to be rented only when the owner is away so it is not an apt. specifically as a ‘rental’ unit. You feel you are in someone’s apt….not too comfortable. Paid for 3 nights; stayed only 1 night.
Contact person did not answer our phone calls to give us the keys (tried for several hours). He forgot about us; was away on business. Finally, the mother of the contact person happened to come by the apt. & found us but spoke no English

Location was central, but sometimes very noisy and unpleasant.

Washing machine (which was our main selection item) did not work, and appeared to have not worked for some time, and with no intention to repair/replace it.

The flat is close to all attractions in Barcelona. Flats with all the necessary things. The apartment is not for people who like quiet (noisy elevator, busy street). I really recommend!
Great district, right in the center of the old Rome. The bedroom is away from the street, so it is quiet. Nice with air condition, and the kitchen was well equipped. Appretiate the blowdryer, iron and ironing board.
Could have used two sets of towels during the one weeke stay, and some washing up liquid would have been nice, but these are small problems.
you have 4 floor of stairs with no elevator. The bathroom stinks from the WC and there is no window, so it’s not nice in the morning. The floor was dirty and the white wall full of spot of blood splashed mosquitos. very poor apartment

The best thing about this apartment is its location, just five minutes from Central Park and one minute to Broadway. Great view (29th floor). Clean and comfortable. Flexible contact person. Good facilities/equipment.
The apartment was much bigger than anything else at a similar price, and was very clean and well laid out. We received a very warm welcome and some groceries were provided, as well as lots of information. We would definitely come here again.

Excellent location and although basic all equipment was clean and provided .
Two of the bedrooms have a hatch that open onto the lift shaft and one night was very noisy with noise from the lift, echo of voices and footsteps up the stairs. The only thing that was not in the apartment was a small safety deposit box.
Though the space is quite small, the apartment functions very well. And it is in a very convenient, yet safe & quiet neighbourhood.
The contact person did not warn me that the terrace would be covered in construction material for my entire rental period (one month) – in fact, I had to discover it myself during the orientation. And, no change in rent fee

A lot of noise and it is too small for 5 persons. The spare beds are not good , the children must sleep on the ground. Close all the windows when you are sleeping and when you leave the apartment. During our sleep, visitors stole our wallets.

Disctrict is mont martre, wich is not the most fancy of course. Parking your car in this area is not a good idea properbly. But a parking garage nearby fixed that problem.
We really enjoyed our stay in this very centrally located apartment. The room is spacious and clean, bathroom very nice and seems new. Kitchen fine, though mostly suited for coffee making. Mr. Ricci was very kind. We would stay there again!
One of the beds was a little unsteady, one leg was half broken. But the other bed and the sofabed was fine.
The apartment is close by a metrostation, so you are quick at the station and everywere you want.

We were burglarized one evening. We lost 2 computers, cash, camera and personal effects. Since there was no sign of forced entry, the conjecture is someone had a key! The manager replaced the lock, but obviously the damage was done!

Two smaller bedrooms are the size of a closet and very stuffy. The only air conditioner in the living room never reaches them. And the biggest surprise was their windows that faced …… take a guess….. THE ACTIVE ELEVATOR SHAFT !!! It was especially surprising because before booking the apartment I had specifically asked the seller about those small rooms, and the answer was: yes, both small rooms have doors and windows. The fact that the seller chose to hush up the “tiny” detail about the elevator shaft speaks for itself. I consider it a deliberately misleading and fraudulent advertising.
The rest about the apartment was OK, it is adequately equipped for a long stay, it does have a small refrigerator, a microwave, some pots, dishes, etc. On the whole, it may be quite suitable for two couples or a family of four. For a larger group, its members better be adventurous enough to be willing to sleep in a closet.

Local amenity was good with supermarkets, restaurants and bars around.
Noise level was low at night.
Location – not for you if you want city centre and lots of night life options.

The terrace was dirty and impossible to stay because the neighboors was throwing waste there.
There was a very bad smell coming from the drain all the time.

We had a really good time in Barcelona.
- a little bit noisy in rush hours
- we had 1 towel for 5 days that was not enough, later we found towels hanging over the washing line. It was better that we knew that.

Het rook zeer muf de beddenlakens roken erg zuur, voelden klam aan. Er ontbrak een beschrijving van de diverse apparaten speciaal het internet.
Ik heb dus ook geen aansluiting gehad.
