great location, everything worked, comfortable beds, well equiped. Sarai was quick to answer and available too. We would return anytime.

could have been a little cleaner (greasy fan, shower curtain). Hideabed was broken couldn;t open and close easily. Left it open for the 4 days we were there.

Beautiful, shady apt in convenient location. Contact family superb in every way – helpful, humorous and knowledgeable. The terrace was a particular feature. The decor was tasteful, and local amenities were good. We had a splendid time.

Nothing major. One of the bathrooms was exceptionally narrow, and therefore not easy to use. Perhaps bus routes and other local info could be left.

CRACOW OLD TOWN - Krakow

Location great for exploring Old Town. Right size for a couple.

Shower surround leaked water over floor each time used. Air conditioning poor. Floor tiles broken & dangerous. Very difficult to access as front door keys hardly work. Noise from office workers. Internet access codes incorrect.

This was a real nice apartman just perfect for a family travelling with kids.

GREAT location! Apartment also very quiet and a/c a big plus in very hot Roman weather. Supplies of butter, jam and coffee etc very much appreciated. Very happy with the deal.

Old chair on wheel needs replacing – dangerous to sit on.

This is a very big apartment in an excellant location. We were met by the owners father who was very welcoming. Claudia kept in contact with us via sms and meant we could get into the apartment when we arrived (late). We enjoyed our stay very!

ANERLEY - London

Very good location, close King’s Cross train station which takes you in 15 mins to Victoria. Decent accomodation with all utilities you can need.

I reccomend it.

The location is very nice, even though it is a bit noisy during the nights. Short distance to all the important things (shopping, beach, bars, restaurants, sight seeing)

The standard of the apartment does not match that presented online. The apartment itself is nice, but it is worn down and dirty, and the furniture are also worn down. Give it a bit of paint, fix the floors, buy new (and more )furnitures.

Apartment close to the beach and metro, market and supermarkets, nice area… nice apartment.
I don’t agree with a customer comment: the air conditioner was great and in full efficiency. Probably they are not used to living in hot places, you have to close all the roller blinds and not let the sun through the windows, besides turning the air conditioning on.
We had a problem with water coming from the upper floor, the assistance was fast.

Extremely dirty roads/pavements, bad smell, it never rains and there is no pavement cleaning (this has nothing to do with the apartment).
No lift and very narrow stairs, somewhat slippery and very difficult with a heavy suitcase (women take all their stuff with them!).

Not far from the Vatican. Close to 2 Metro stations. Contact person very nice.

Heavy traffic day & night. No AC – very warm, open windows let in traffic noise and mosquitos. Poor cleaning equipment, the vacuum cleaner had seen better days. Only one useless knife in the little pentry.

Great contact person, very nice appt in good communication point (metro, RER) and convenient stores in neighborhood. Very well equipped.

Suggestion for small change in misleading web info: nearest Metro station to the appt is Port de Clichy, definetely NOT Brochant station.

Very close to both U-bahn and S-bahn stations and to a bunch of supermarkets.
Large windows, well lit.
High water pressure.

Moderate noise from nearby train station.
The immediate surrounding is a residential block and is of no special interest, (however it is a very convenient location for exploring the city using public transport).

Location is very good, close to metro, to Andrassy ud. and Ferenc Lis ter. No problem to find a good restaurant, 24h shop or cucrazda. Easy to reach Setcheny Spa and also easy to reach Dune river.
Good kitchen equipment and value for money.

The surroundings are not very clean. It is noisy in the night and in early morning (after 5.00 a.m.) The electrical supply was unsufficient to use kettle and washing machine at the same time. The ventilation in the flat could be better.

Great location. Although we were given another room, because the other one ‘didn’t exist’ anymore…, this was also convenient. Staff was helpful.

Loud drunk (as always) English neighbors, 2 nights from 03:30 till 6:30. No one took action to correct this… although the buildings janitor was sitting downstairs at the desk.
Minimum furniture in the room, we could have used another chair, towel rack, etc.

Very cosy apartment, with every need covered. Good reception from the contact person. Confortable beds, very clean and functional bathroom, spaceous livingroom.
Neighbourhood with cheap supermarket and nice bakeries

Apartment in the 4th floor doesn’t have lift and it gets tyring. Very hot in the warmer days. A little far from the centre, but Paris subway works very well.
Works were in progress in the neighbourhood but it’s probably temporary.

No elevator (4th floor apartment) and work in progress in the neighbourhood from 8 a.m. (probably temporary). A bit far away from the centre, but Paris subway works perfectly.

we had a lovely time with this cosy apartment. it is in a really nice and vibrant area. you have lots of cafes, restaurants, small shops etc in walking distance and metro infront of the door. the contact person was really nice and helpful.

We always knew there would be no air-con but the description said there would be an electric fan. However, there was no fan. The hallway was very dark so we found it hard to open the door to the apartment in the hours of darkness.

Kind and helpful contact person. The apartment has all the necessary facilities, is close enough to downtown Budapest and is quiet and safe at night. Free access to the Internet is a major plus for a nerd like myself.

The wife thought it was a little dirty, so I guess it could be better cleaned. Also the beds where very hard to our liking, but this is maybe normal in Hungary?

Quiet place, but central at the same time. Close to boatstop. Light apartment. Modern. Nice litle garden. Locked gate. Good beds. Nice bathroom.

Small problems with electricety/fuses. Kitchen-equipment had some losses (good knife and more pans). All 4 plates on owen skould have been working. But this is all small details.

There was only one garbagebucket for eight persons. It would be nice to have one in eicht bathroom. The silverware wasn’t enough for eight.

Great neighbourhood. Close to many sites, restaurants and shopping.

Very, very noisy. On weekends people are boisterous after a night of partying until 04:30. On weekdays truck traffic deliverying books and removing garbage starts at 05:30.

Wonderful traditional Venitian appartment, just right for our needs on our short family trip. Kitchen well equipped. beds really comfortable and all really clean. Contact/owner extremely helpful, very friendly and made us feel really at home.

A little noisey in the mornings and would benefit from air conditioning. But we would definately return. Overall excellent value for money.

The apartment was perfect for 4 girls. Good position and peacefull neighborhood (although it is located on big road). Simple functional apartment.
We recommend!

Shower curtain would be nice. Washroom was quite wet after a shower.

The rooms were nice and tidy. We found everything we needed. Air-conditioning worked well. Nice little shops and the trolley stop were just around the corner. There was a lift in the house.

The owner didn’t reply in English but French, it was a little confusing.We never pay in advance, but this time I had to pay a sum already at the reservation, the rest on the first day and an additional 150€ as a deposit money.No metro station.

‘Sweet Dreams’ was very clean and tidy and located in a safe district. A metro and supermarket are also located closeby.Yanni the apartment rep was very friendly; he gave us some useful local info like where to eat, shop etc.Would recommend.

A bigger sofa in the livingroom would be great especially for groups of 3-4 people.

Walls of apartment very dirty and scuffed. Apartment was not the one we viewed online and booked. 1st they gave us a studio apartment (all beds in one room). Not ideal with two small children. Then we got a one bed roomed flat up 5 flights!

Good location, very good neighborhood, near LIDL / NETTO, near Alex.Platz. Metro station nearby. The flat is better in person than presented at the website. The price is fair. We will be back for sure!

The flat misses a fan, because the hot weather was imbearable this month. But we probably should have asked for one. Anyway it should be one available.

Fantastic location being less than a 5 minute walk from the ramblas main stream. All equipment needed for accomadation was available and the contact person was very helpful. I would definetely stay there again next time I visit Barcelona.

AC was a bit weak but served its purpose, the shower was leaking but this was fixed within a couple of hours of alerting the contact number. The double bed was very squeaky but overall minor problems.

Great location, close to everything and quiet area.

airconditioning did not work, owners not responsive, curtains falling down and furniture old. Upstairs bedroom too hot to sleep in so children had to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Would not recommend at all.

Great location, close to every means of transport. The landlady has been very nice and helped us in everything we needed. Don’t forget to have a look at the wonderful “miradouros” around.

Location

we got another apartment than the one we lokked. The standard was really bad (bad smell, tent beds etc). It was obvious it was no inteded for rental (yet).

NEW ELEGANT BUD - Budapest

It was truly elegant, luxuray, clean and well designed. The best thing was its location which was just 4min walk from the city center and 2min from Stephan Basilica. Very welcoming landlord. Quiet place and beautiful yard. Strongly suggested.

The only minor problem was the bathroom that the shower didn’t have curtain so after taking shower some water will remain on the ground of the bathroom. Nothing else.

and every thing was excellent.

RAMBLAS BG E-1 - Barcelona

The apartment was in a very good location just off the Ramblas. Close to most everything you could imagine except parc guell.

The airconditioner leaked for three days. We could not leave the apartment for more than three hours or the apartment was flooded, along with it, all of our luggage and personal items. There was also no attempt to make it right!

MONICA SIENA - Siena

Loved the cottage! The owners really took a lot of time to make the place lovely and cozy. It was very quiet, relaxing and a pleasure to come home to after a busy day in Sienna. The bus was right at the end of the driveway too!

Mosquitos as a result of the lush greenery, so the advice would be to bring mosquito repellent and citronella candles…may help. Also, should fix the washing machine for additional comfort.

GRAHOR - Zagreb

Excellent location, very close to the centre of Zagreb. The apartment is clean and spacious, with very good equipment (incl. wi-fi). Nice big bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Very good value for money !

Confusing rules re. parking facilities in the street where the apartment is located. You better consult a traffic warden (there are many in Zagreb) to ask for possibilities to obtain a day ticket (not indicated on the parking ticket machine).

ARCO 1 - Rome

It is a perfect location in the middle of Rome, close to the campo de Fiori, piazza Navone and other nice places. The apartment has, without luxury, everything you will need for a short stay. Furhermore it is cool in the summer.

Because the apartment is situated in the cellar, there are no windows, only some air holes and the place feels and smels a bit humid. Some times in the night you can hear people making noice in the street.

BERLINSTAY 9 - Berlin

The contact person was very helpful, the area was ok because we had a kid with us and the Tempelhof old airport that is closed was a nice place to run around.

We where 4 people but only got 4 small towels, only 2 sheets and pillows and blanckets where in a very poor shape. We could also feel the springs in the matresses. The microwave oven didnt work and the pots and pans where in a poor shape.

He was responsive, reliable, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the apartment, its facilities and its location. He went out of his way to make our 3 month stay comfortable and pleasant, like securing a small table so that we could eat our meals and work more comfortably and when summer came, bringing in furniture for the balcony.

Mr. Saitua represented your company in a very professional and trustworthy manner.

We will definitely contact you again when we visit Berlin which we hope will be in the near future.

Very well located, loads of things to do and see around, loads of bars and restaurants down the corner, very close to the metro (between two stations in different lines, so you can pick the most suitable for you).

The contatct person was a problem. She didn´t answer our phone calls, arrived late at the check-out (we almost lost our train to Alicante), and was in a hurry atethe check in, so didn´t provide useful tips and information.
