Contact person could not give instructions on how to get there and was 40′ late to pick up the keys which meant we almost missed our flight. Maintenance and heating is poor and linen is shoddy. Shower curtain and walls were filthy.

DUEMME - Rome

I had a great time in Rome and would recommend this apartment to al my friends. We dined out in the area and had a great meal. We tried some authentic chinese cuisine and were quite impressed with the results.

OTTO 2 - Berlin

The apartment is right in the center of Berlin , very close to the subway and the train. It is very well equipped, cosy, warm, we felt really good there. Excellent value for money. we would definitely come back there but in the summer .

HOSPITAL S - Barcelona

The contact person was really very nice and kind . The kitchen was well.
As he noticed that there was an old lady with us as the apartment was at the fourth/ fifth floor he immediately offer us another apartment smaller but easier to reach .

Perhaps towels could be not so old and I personally did not notice reading the caracteristics that we would have 80 steps before arriving to our apartment !
Anyway our stay was nice .

Really nice, comfortable apartment, with everything you need. The owner was great with everything we needed!

Because of its location, the apartment can be a bit loud also during the night. But the noise comes mostly from buses that trafic in the street in front of it. For us, it wasn´t too bad since we liked staying in the city center.

Nice apartment, plenty of space. Even though it wasn’t in the center it was still easy to get around. Right next to a pretty little park. Nice terrace with table and swing.

Somewhat poorly equipped. Several things were broken. No internet and very difficult to find internet anywhere close by.

Wonderful apartment! Very quiet, very pleasant place, not far from the blue mosque and Ste Sophie, and tram Sultanahmet.
Wonderful view on the Marmara sea. The contact person was very nice and helpful. I’ll choose this apartment again.

Good location for access to shops, trains etc.
Safe area.

Need a bit more information on arrival. Eg. Take shoes off inside to avoid noise. Noise is easily heard in apartment below. More information on which train stops / suggested train routes for visiting tourist locations eg disney, eiffel tower

The Environment of the apartment is great! There are a lot of bars and restaurant where you can eat for a really reasonable price. The apartment is very clean and has almost everything you need. Including a washer!

What would be great is a closet for you clothes, cause there is a possibility to make your own diner. This would help against the smell in your clothes.

The apartment was great, light and airy. Everything was ready when we got there. The neighborhood was teriffic with a metro station just down the block. We had a great stay in Paris and would definately stay here again without hesitation.

Outstanding location and a very nice, clean apartment with all the basic equipment we needed. We felt safe and comfortable, and the staff we communicated with was friendly and hospitable.

We visited in early January and it was quite cold, so some additional heating would be nice. The roof in one of the bedrooms was leaking, but we didn’t need the room so it wasn’t a problem. Internet access would improve the experience as well.

Bonito apartamento adecuadamente equipado y muy cómodo. Está bien ubicado y a poca distancia (5min.) de supermercados, metro y parada de autobuses y tranvias. Es una buena opción.

Nice apartment well equipped and very comfortable. It is well located and within walking distance (5min.) supermarket, metro and buses and trams stop. It is a good option.

El apartamento no estaba totalmente limpio y gran parte del menaje hubo de ser limpiado.
La calefacción de uno de los dormitorios no funcionaba.

The apartment was not completely clean and much of the furniture had to be cleaned.
The heating of one of the bedrooms was not working.

The central location is the best thing about this apartment.
The owner was very generous with his knowledge about the city and gave excellent recommendations about eating places. He also patiently
waited for us when we arrived late.

The self catering kitchen was ill-equipped,with no kettle,chopping board,knives,and limited space.The bedlinen/towels were of poor quality,and we ended up buying our own.The single beds could not be combined and there was no natural light.

Zamorano 2 was perfectly situated in the heart of Malaga, the apartment was roomy and provided all of the basics required.

The apartment could easily accommodate larger sized beds instead of doubles, this was a bit difficult for our two overgrown teenagers to share. When the unit has a terrace, why can’t smoking be resevered to that area?

A tiny but cosy appartment on a good location.

The bedroom difficult to access (shaky, retractable stairs).
The kitchen poorly equipped: no micro wave, not enough glasses, no planks in the kitchen cabinets. During the weekend there is a lot of noise in the streets.

It’s situated in the centre, and everything is within walking distance. It’s new and it’s clean and it’s fully equipped.

As you pay per person - even if the persons are small children - it’s quite expensive for a family with kids.

The apartment was wonderful. It was affordable, in a good location, and provided all the necessary supplies to cook and clean. There are about two supermarkets less than a block away and a transit stop down the street.

The only thing is you have to make sure to keep the place clean.

Fantastic location: in the very centre of the city and right outside a metro station (on the same line as Nyugati) and a supermarket open til midnight. It was comfortable, warm, clean, internet connected and v. well priced. Highly recommended!

Struggling to find any negative comments. We had a minor problem with the hot water, but our contact person was very helpful and immediately came and repaired the boiler.

La situación es excelente y el apartamento estaba muy limpio, en perfecto estado. Tiene wifi recién instalada, lo que fue una sorpresa porque no aparecía en el anuncio de internet. También televisión de plasma y DVD.

La calefacción no funciona bien. Aunque el apartamento tiene termostato, los radiadores se apagan cuando quieren. No hay microondas.

Shower was very poor. Crockery was dirty. Arranged to pay by Credit Card but cash was demanded. Frosty reception from contact person. Paid for whole apartment but one of the rooms was locked. Lighting in bedrooms was inadequate.

The drying facilities for your clothes are a bit ordinary. Being a line five stories above a light well.

The room was very clean, updated, and as described on the web-site. I would stay here again and recommend this location.
They do offer parking for15 Euro/night about 1/2 the price of other garages. Parking is secure but a tight fit.

It was very pleasant and clean. Right in the heart of Porto so with everything at hand.

No washing machine which for a long stay is really a downer although the owner very kindly offered an alternative. The apartment has lodgers on the top floor who at times were very noisy especially late at night.

The apartment was clean, as was the towels and bed sheets. The beds were quite comfortable and the heating system was good. Exceptional value for money at 20 euros a night in a central location but The shower was tiny and the hot water lasted.

The building was in bad condition with broken windows, cracked, uneven stair tiles.The location was very seedy with large groups hanging round selling drugs which is a bit unsettling late at night (I feel this should be noted before you book)

Vi var vennepar der rejste, sa det var ideelt med identiske lejligheder på hver sin sal. To rigtig dejlige lejlighed, med en fantastisk beliggenhed.
Vinduerne var godt lydisolerede, sa ingen støj fra gaden.
Vi vender meget gerne tilbage.

Vores ophold var i januar med meget sne, sa vi manglede et par knager og en skohylde i entreen til vores Våde tøj og sko.
Det kunne også VAERE ønskeligt med en Proptrækker og et par rødvins glas.

IVO HOUSE - Rome

Good place, 15 mins from the Vatican museums, 2 mins or less from the tube Ottaviano. There is a supermarket 10 mins away rom the apartmend (Conad). There are some places to eat nearby (10mins walking), but choose English speaking staff!

The contact person said will arrive in 30mins, but arrived after about 3 hours 1/2. For this reason, we missed the Pope speaking :(, great disappointment!!! An old apartment, needs restoration, only Italian TV, no English! Flooding bathroom.

The apartment was very dirty, the wc tablet was brocken, and there was not heating functioning so it was impossible to stay there during winter time. There was not a hot water to get a shower.

The staircase leading to the flat on the first floor can be hazardous when heavy luggage has to be carried upstairs.

Fast and smooth check in. Excellent location, 1 min walk from La Ramblas. Considering how cheap the apartment was the size and location represented superb value for money! Carlos was very pleasant and met us as arranged to hand over keys.

Water could have been hotter, same for the oven and electricity sometimes switched off if too many appliances were on at once. Shower curtain was damaged. Would still come back though!

High class accommodation located in a central location at a reasonable price. The apartment overlooks a square popular with youths who may be rather noisy at night - windows have to remain unopened. The contact person was generally available.

Nothing special worth mentioning. The noise levels during certain weekend nights caused by youths who frequent the square may irritate light sleepers who prefer the open air at nights. The best solution is to keep the windows closed.

The beds were very comfortable and it was a really nice cosy apartment. A bit tight for 6 people but luckily for us there was only 4 of us. So it was a perfect size.

We could really have used a kettle in the apartment. Also the water went cold after 1 person showered. Hot water was scolding hot almost burnt myself a few times!!

The appartment is in a very good loaction in the old town very convenient for restaurants and bars. The apartment owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The bathroom has an excellent shower with unlimited hot water. Overall great.

The apartment is on the forth floor and there is no lift so you need to be fit. Although the apartment is very comfortable it is slightly faded and in need of some renovation in particular the bathroom is very small.

The area is good and easy to reach important points in Rome and the contact person was very good in describing the facilities and surrounding area.

Despite the fact it has been included on description, there was no lift available and the washing machine was really too old… Another point is that a surcharge of EUR 1,99 / kW has been charged (not clearly stated on the site).

The male contact person merits commendation for supplying us with missing glasses/mugs, for vainly trying to procure the prescribed toaster, for trying to fix a precariously-hanging bedroom ceiling lamp and for general support rendered.

The flat requires urgent maintenance. Fixing smashed bedside drawers, the ceiling lamp, a missing lamp shade, cleaning the sofa-bed covers, installing bathroom hangers and proper shower drainage and a toaster as advertised kitchen equipment.

A few small actions could significantly improve the apartment, especially replace missing light bulbs (so can read comfortably) supply a plug or washing up bowl (so can wash up) and a corkscrew!

MORONI 3 - Rome

Well, it was in a nice area. However, they never sleep. They are ALWAYS up and partying until at least 3:30 am EVERY NIGHT!!!

THe amenities were horrible! The landlord expected me to pay EVERYTHING right up front (12000 dollars). The tv didn’t work for more than half of the time I was there (4 months) and I called numerous times and NO EFFORT AT ALL!!!
