a great stay. warm, comfortable bed.surprisingly quiet for being so centally located in La Latina! Flat screen TV great for music channels or movies.great shower!

i would have liked more bench space, a toaster and a floor rug..and some way of stopping the beds from separating on the wheels! (funny)But apart from that - EXCELLENT!

CASA FOSCOLO - Rome

3 of my friends and I (all girls) stayed at the apartment for a few days as part of our Europe trip. We enjoyed it immensely. The apartment itself is extremely cute and ergonomic. Everything was clean and functional.

I would absolutely stay in this apartment if I return to Rome.

If there had been free wifi, the apartment would have been absolutely perfect.

This 6 person appartement was really nice: clean, basic but nicely decorated, and located in a cool area with some bars and restaurants around the corner. 5minute walk from S-bahn Ostkreuz and 1 minute walk from the supermarkets. Recommend

Maybe a two-pit gascooker, but we didnt use it because the restaurants around serve good quality food for amazingly low prices (vietnamese two-course plus drinks for 15euro pp or pizza for 2,50euro pp)

Good location for getting around Barcelona and great to have a lift.
Reasonable value for money although not really large enough to accommodate 6 adults as advertised.

Owner was 45 minutes late meeting us.
Electric kept tripping and equipment including washing machine damaged.
Owner charged additional money to keep our bags at the apartment despite having no guests staying following us.

Lots of space, massive sitting room, hairdryer, comfy beds, power shower, very clean. Contact person was on time and helpful. All in all no problems. A great base for heading out partying.

STUDIO ADNANE - Marrakech

The apartment is very nice, and only 5 minutes walking away from main square. The small terrace on the pictures is excellent to eat food and observe the culture from afar. The contact persons are very nice guys, but don’t speak english.

You could probably find something more cheap is you look in Marrakech with the help of locals, but without that the price is fair. It is small but just like in the pitures.

Centrale plek. Karakteristiek straatje en parterre. Sfeervol ingericht.

Badkamer erg smal en klein, douchekop kon niet hangen. Het was er erg vochtig. De verwarming bestond uit airconditioning sterven de open ruimte absoluut niet warm kon Krijgen. Rome kan koud zijn eind januari!

The appartment was very comfortable and neat, everything was taken care of. We tried the local cuisine and ate authentic chinese recipes for supper.I had a very welcoming contact prior to the arrival and the flat owner was very nice. I had a wonderful stay.

MONTMARTRE III - Parijs

In the middle of montmartre district. We walked into the city, Sacre coeur is around the corner. The appartment was really nice and really clean. Lots of nice little restaurants in the neighbourhood.

the moulin rouge area is buzzing, but there are also a lot of “not so fresh people” around. We (2 girls) had no problems at all, but it’s good to realise it can be a rough area.

Large apartment, can sleep 10. close to metro and only 40 mins from CDG airport. quiet situation although a bit rough, no nice cafes in the area. clean and tidy accommodation.

huge deposit 500 euros, 50 euros are charged if place not spotless, therefore better to allow extra 50 euros and not bother scrubbing the place clean. Rough area although we did not have see any trouble. Not enough toilet rolls/washing liquid.

Really liked the location of the apartment. Very warm when we arrived.

When we met the person who had to give us the keys of the appartment, she said that the apartment which we had booked at the first staget it had been destroyed by some guys so we couldn’t stay there..that wasn’t a very good impression.

As six young people attending an Art Festival - the apartment was pretty much ideal for our group requirements. It was spacious, warm and had adequate cooking and shower facilities. It was 20 mins walk from Berlin City Centre.

Unfortunately, we did not have use of wireless internet - as had been promised - and also the door to the apartment was poorly maintained, meaning that it did not feel totally secure. It was frustrating that there was only one key.

The apartment had damp patches and could do with a coat of paint. also, there were ants in the kitchen press which Gianluca told me to clear myself with products that were under the sink.

Aménagement un peu spartiate, la cuisine manque d’outils adéquats pour quelqu’un qui a vraiment envie de manger autres choses que des pâtes.

It should have been the perfect palce, if it has been cleaned well and regularly. Too many dust, bathroom not that clean as it should be. Repair the shower as now you can use it only with the hands and water should flow stronger.

Bathroom tiny, no shelf for toiletries; shower with just cement floor - very unhygienic; toilet in the same niche as the shower, so gets wet every time you take a shower. If both heating and cooker are on, fuses blow.

The apartment was well set out, with excellent facilities and clean. Everything was as advertised. The contact was flexible, friendly and helpful. A ridiculously short walk to the nearest U-Bahn station. Close to a supermarket.

Make sure you position the shower curtain carefully as not to make a large puddle of water under the basin and behind the toilet.

The apartment was great, spacious, trendy and had good facilities apart from the slowest kettle in the world.

We needed to be on our guard near the apartment due to the characters that congregated in the alleyways. The alley noise was relentless on each of our 3 nights - even a neighbour threw a bucket of water over them. The communal area was filthy.

Great location, clean, wonderful area away from the main street,
nice to walk around at night always busy but not too noisy. Best quality restaurants all near by. Good contact with agency, we made booking changes and they were quick to help.

Rather cold in Jan, it was 4-12 degrees C. There were heaters, if you like warm go later. Flat a tad damp but that the time of year, the heaters had to be left on al, the time.

the apartment is perfect situated for sightseeing (picasso museum, cathedral, palu de la musica) and shopping, complete kitchen (we used it just for breakfeast). We had a really great time.

The beds (matresses) could be more comfortable, the wc could be separate from the bathroom, more channels for the tv (foreign languages). The office was hard to find, but the welcome after a pone call was very warm.

The heating of the living room broke up to 4 times in one week, and that was no fun in the middle of the winter. The kitchen equipment could be better: the frying pans were awful. Four high floors and no elevator.

The contact persons are very nice. The apartment is nearby Via Roma, Porta Nuova, also nearby GAM. Very nice people in the bakery nearby. You can walk almost everywhere.

If you need the folding bed in winter it is a little bit frosty, because the door of the apartment is not closing so well. And: You won’t do big dinners with the cooking plates. But: Just try the all the wonderful confectionary shops!

Apartment was fantastic value for money. It was very cosy but that is what you expect from the floor plan and it was well kitted out with everything you need, it was clean and in a very convenient location for the metro.

This is very small for 4 people. Make sure you are happy to be in close proximity if there are 4 of you. Its great for 2 people.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location ! Everything you need and more . Anna the owner and her son are very welcoming and helpful people . Would definately use again .

The only small thing i would say is that if you sleep on the sofa beds in the lounge ( which are very large and very comfy) the traffic can get quite noisy outside so take your ear plugs if you are a lite sleeper .

It’s a short walk to the closest U-Bahn and facilities such as supermarkets and cafes. The bed was comfortable and the doona/duvet was great. Secure, safe location.

The internet and TV did not work and the contact person was not contactable and did not solve the problem during our 4 day stay. The kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner. The kitchen also needs better quality utensils.

Appartement voldeed helemaal aan de verwachtingen. Was precies zoals op website staat aangegeven. Middenin de Medina, vlak bij het grote El-Fna plein. Ruim, maar erg koud in februari. Veel airco’s, maar geen kachel.

The apartment was very clean and nice so et was a pleasure to stay there.

we did not get the keys to the terrace, half of the bulbs did not work, apartment is not equipped with heating and damage that was not written in the notice, because in February it is important. But most important is that only one double bed can sleep. Other places were terrible. Fortunately we had an excellent Portuguese wine, so it was easier to fall asleep;) We have not had any contact with the owner. After the money came a person who does not even know the word in English than “yes”

For 6, this apt in Istanbul was comfortable & convenient. It’s located in a really good area, especially if you like to go out at night, & not too far from public transportation. You’re in for a cultural surprise if you take the front rooms.

The intensity of the cultural surprise (the morning prayer) may be an inconvenience if you’re a light sleeper, but it definitely adds to the experience.

Really nice appartment, peaceful and quiet. Supermarket (Lidl) and bakery opposite.The area is absolutely excellent: bars, restaurants etc. Everything really cheap.

The pictures on the website don’t match with the appartment. On the website the owner used several cosy making stuff to make the appartment warm and welcome. When we arrived these nice accents and elements weren’t there and it was quite empty.

GRACCHI - Rome

We took our three girls (aged 8, 10 and 12) and the apartment was perfect. Really easy to get to on the Metro - and only five minutes from St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum. Supermarket only 2 minutes away - which was very handy.

Only downside was the boiler pressure and shower - needed to turn on all the taps to get the boiler to kick in and when it did the water was scolding. Shower wall attachment was also broken, but the bath was nice anyway!

Maybe bigger towels and some soap would have been nice. The shower was quite basic (hand held). But it’s hard to criticise the place. If you have large teenagers then the folding bed is quite saggy.

One advice, do not shop in the small shop on that street (on the left from the apartment) - very expensive, there are couple other good shops near the apartment. One is near the roundabout and there is also market open day time hours.

I loved the studio rue Tiquetonne in Paris, I felt really at home there. Next time I visit the city (this happens once or twice a year) I’ll definitely book it again. The contact person was extremely nice and helpful. I adored the “quartier”.

The studio is very small and there is practically no storage space. It was fine for me but would be a bit crowded for two people.

L’appartement est idéalement placé à côté du port et du Mont Juic. Deux bouches de métro idéal pour rentrer à des heures tardives ou pour partir visiter la ville . En lui même l’appart était bien et propre fonctionnel pour notre séjour.

Pas grand chose à dire, la chambre pour 4 est un peu petite et il y a quelques problèmes d’insonorisation dans le salon qui donne sur la rue mais on peut s’en accommoder.

The location is really good. 1 minute walk to La Lonja and central market. you can basically walk from here to any attraction in the old city. good value for the money. Host is very helpful and friendly.

The building had a very bad smell. the apartment is not so clean and the beds comfort is close to awful. if you plan to travel more than 4 people than this is not a good solution for you.. sofa in the living room is back killing.

PASEO GRACIA - Barcelona

The location was excellent, between CasaBatllo and La Pedrera, next to a metro stop and right on the Hop On/Off Bus route. There was an excellent tapas bar on the next block. The apartment was spacious, newly renovated.

Although there is a lift, there are 10 steps to the lift from the street, and you have to walk one floor up from the lift to the apartment. The electricity tripped many times on our first and last night, but was ok on the other 3 nights.

- 5 mins from the synagoge
- bus to Buda Castle is across the road
- newly renovated (in dec 2009) apt

- studio apt and if you cook, you have to open the windows because there is no hood in the kitchen.
- I may be wrong, but I have not seen any smoke detectors. A chicken and egg problem–no hood means smoke & smoke will set the smoke detector

Not the place for a relax vacation. Could be too noisy during late night hours with all the people drinking or passing the street under your windows, but that’s the spirit of Barry Gotic, right?

Not enough equipment for 6 persons in the kitchen. Could have been more bowles and glasses and a a breadbasket. No microwawe oven. Otherwise excellent.

Clear apartment with good heating (especially important for cold seasons).

Lack of kettle and hairdryer. Though lack of kettle is bearable.
Some night club is located downstairs, it can be very noisy at night (especially friday and saturday).

We were a group 0f 3 women, we found it comfortable and well located. We liked having a washer and dryer. It was basic but functional.

The office was very unorganized with the keys, first we got the wrong keys and had to sort that out. Then some one else had our keys and walked into our apt. the next morning. Also the cockroaches were kinda ikky.

Very nice flat with good location, two metros nearby, and there are lots of restaurants/supermarkets open till late at night in the area (including one resto right in front of apartment). Very quiet with a comforting view to the inner court.

Access from metro Cadet is a little difficult (i got lost several times). But there is another metro station nearby and we don’t have much to complain about apart from that!

Very close to tube-station.

Cleanliness could have been better, little dust-balls behind the bed(where I looked for a socket) and under the table.
Half a slice of bread stuck in the toaster, so first I thought it´s broken, but could get it out and was ok to use afterwar

Nicely decorated but inadequate kitchen space and bathroom off a bedroom meant it was only suitable for 2 people. Quaint but unsuitable for children, elderly or infirm.

The all-night street noise was so bad we were forced to leave after just four nights of little sleep. We changed our flights and went to a quiet hotel for one night. We received a refund but that was no consolation for a ruined holiday.

A couple + 2 childs: appart very well situated, at walking distance to everything in Roma (1 mn from Fountain of Trevi, …), everything that you need is there. Area is relatively quiet and we could all sleep well every nights (5 nights).

No elevator, but not an issue if you can walk.
Appart was clean, but not deeply clean.

Functional, all you need in terms of kitchen, beds, tv, etc for a good weekend. Great price, great district, 50 meters from les ramblas (avoid going the other direction though). Really helpful and friendly contact persons.

Let’s be picky: The stairway could have been better taken care of:)
The shower was a bit weak.
We missed an internet connection! But went down to the pub around the corner where WiFi was free.

The terrace is quite large but is enclosed by buildings so dosent get any sun or have a view of anything. Smelled a little fusty.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked. It was a big benefit to have a working washing machine in the apartment. The kitchen utensils are well selected to allow for cooking most simple meals.

The shower is very small. It reminded me of the bathroom in a budget cabin on a small cruise ship.
