A favor: no, it was great and andrea was very helpful. we
would love to stay there again.
En contra:
A favor: Concerning the appartment, everything was consistent with the
information given in the web.
En contra:The contact person (Maria Vittoria Porta) never
answered the emails we send to confirm our arrival and it was very difficult to get her in her
mobile phone (by the way, this is very expensive taking into account that we had to phone from
Argentina to Spain).
We arrived to the rendez-vous in which she will give us the keys 20
minute late (because our luggage was lost during the flight and we had to stay in the airport
to fill the corresponding forms). She was not there and her phone was disconnected. We have to
wait half an hour and when she finally arrived she did not give a coherent explanation for the
difficulties we had and the time we had to wait.
A favor: The service for booking our apartment has been fantastic. All
the information was consistent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

U-Bahn station.
En contra:We had a problem getting all together in the kitchen because there
were only 2 chairs and we were 5… The contact person does not speak any other foreign

foot or using public transport. Host speaks english and was very helpful during our stay.

A favor: Rosanna was a lovely place to stay. The walls are thin so it
can be quite noisy and you are expected to be quiet after 21.00 which is okay but difficult
when going out in a group. However, had a great time and the apartment was good and did the job
really!

showering. With four persons it is not comfertable.

above a pub it was so noisy we did not get any sleep at all with people screaming and yelling .
When we complained they said ther was nothing they would do .We asked for our money back and
they would not give it to us.
We contacted the agency and they we no help what so ever. Only
2 people could shower in the morning before the water went cold. You could only use one
electrical appliance at a time any more and the power would go off. the people came late to
give us our bond back I think they were hoping to keep the money. It was the worse apartment i
have ever stayed it . The enterance was really smelly. I would definetly not recommend any one
staying here.

everything our family needed although there was no wine opener! The apartment was clean and
had a great family atmosphere.

was broken. Also there wasn’t much to cook with and the gas stove needs a lighter. Otherwise
the place was clean, in a good location and we enjoyed our stay there.

was pretty cold as the small electric heaters could not warm up the flat quickly.

A favor: We stayed in En Gignas, which is right in the heart
of Barri Gotic, it was a great location to explore on foot. We were surprised when we turned
up, first impression was a little dirty, graffitied door that looked very scary. The
apartment looks like the pictures show except the kitchen is very narrow and tiny. There was a
bar just down the street called Milk which I would recommend and a little tapas cafe underneath
the apartment which was also nice and cheap. Also their is a corner shop just below as
well.
En contra: The biggest complaints would be that it is very noisy especially at 8:30
am every morning when construction started. We were 6 people staying in the apartment and on
average on 3/6 could only take hot showers in the morning, the rest had cold. You couldn’t
have more than one electrical appliance plugged in for each room or the fuse would blow. The
beds were very average in comfort (ikea). Also the rooms have glass blocks separating them so
you can actually see into each other’s rooms! This is no good for privacy. The refrigerator
froze everything no matter what temperature we had it on so found it difficult to cook. Eggs,
milk etc all frozen. If you wanted to cook meals with fresh veg or meat it would be very
difficult in this apartment. Overall I probably would not stay in this apartment again but
loved the location. Because this location is so busy and central it may be that you have to
put up with the noise etc if this is where you want to stay. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here
if you have any mobility problems as there are many windy stairs to walk up to get in.
A favor: it was a very nice apartment, nice furnitured and all the
things needed were there. very good location aswell. contact person was really nice. definitely
a place I would recommend.

reality. Everything was ok and the owner was very nice.

A favor: El apartamento fue muy bonito, las condiciones muy buenas, el
bano muy limpio. Ademas esta situado en pleno centro de madrid, muy cerca de la calle GRAN VIA,
llena de tiendas. Muy cerca de Palacio Real, de Parque de Retiro, Plaza Cibeles y todos los
monumentos. El bloque donde esta situado el apartamento es muy limpio, tiene ascensor, y una
arquitectura muy bonita.

apartment – lot of space – quiet neighbourhoud – excellent start for city trip – we will

noisy. At the first morning we had to shower in cold water, but we find out, that it would be
good to open the cupboard to make the heater breathe. We had some little problems with other
equipments too, but finally it was pleasure for us.

keys at the time of our arrival.
En contra:The water distribution system must be old. It
was nearly impossible to have a proper shower as the water flow was very low. Towels were old
and run down.

Dyrkacz for his dedication, making our stay a complete success. He really went above and
beyond to help us sorting out issues not directly related to the appartment. We would
certainly choose the same appartment should we come back to Krakow.

We asked, but the answer was that somebody before could have it. We didn’t. So, I was very
stressed searching every day an internet caffe or places with wi-fi because I needed it (for my
job)…

person in charge, Harrie, was very friendly and helpful.he was aloways there for us when we
needed to ask about the city. the flat is very centrally located and very comfortable and in a
very safe surroundings

center, but also in a neighborhood with lovely non-touristic bars and restaurants. Very

En contra:Kitchen equipment was poor. Little investment
(<100 Eur) would make stay much more convenient. TV signal disappeared after 2 days.
Boiler was partly broken, produced a noise which was disturbing during the night sleep.
A favor: Maria and her brother Paul were very helpful on
several occasions when we needed help and advice – but the prior information did not say we had
to pay for everything in cash, so Maria had to escort me to a cashpoint. The lift in the
building was small and old world but very welcome. The location was amazing, so close to the
cultural centre of the city and some good restaurants, but very noisy on some nights (until we
got used to it). Beds were comfortable and air con system was very effective.

looked more luxurious on the photo – plus there should be more information on payment options
on the emailed instructions. The Government maximum electricity load on some circuits meant
adjustment of heating when the toaster was on. The Freeview TV box had Sky News but no other
signals for UK channels. The shower could turn cold suddenly and we had to wait 10 minutes for
it to heat up again.

clean sheets and towels
En contra:The single bed smelled mouldy, the table (rottin) was
useless and there were nothing to clean the dishes.
It would be perfect if the table was
replaced, and with a thourough clean out (bleach the sink and bathroom, aerated the matresses,

district – also in a quiet street. Good value for money.

Appartment was not so clean and bright – and for sure needed som refurbishing.

this appartment. A contact person was very helpful – even has found us on a street as we could
not find a right house number.
En contra:The bathroom should be equiped in some sort of
heating for winter time. Though it is not an Italian custom it would be nice to have a kettle
in the kitchen.

no warm water 3 times, which means cold shower 3 times !
There were only 2 spoons for
coffee/desert ; cheap, isn’t it ?
Someone (the owner ?) came in 3 times at least while we
were away, and the last time used the washing-machine to wash sheets for others ! It shouldn’t
be that way once it is located, nobody should come in !

A favor: On previous occasions we were quite
happy with the services of only-apartments, that is why we answered yes above, but we will also
tell people about our bad experiences this time (see below).
En contra:Yes, we were very ill
treated. We made our reservation for an apartment according to a layout and images on the web
but when we arrived our apartment had been rented to other people and we had to accept a single
bedroom with a bathroom on the corridor. After a complaint we could use, for part of our stay a
kitchen accross a hall. Moreover – very important for us – the apartment was advertised as
having internet but such was not the case. Very bad publicity for only-apartments such
cheating.
A favor: Very cute apartment because it was
furnished in a very personal and delicate way with lots of commemmorations from travels abroad.
En contra:Neighbourhood and building were a bit crummy. The aprtment was very hot because
the heating is managed centrally.

En contra:The entrance to the apartment and the staircase were in
appalling condition. The furniture and fittings and general decor in the apartment were old,
very cheap and very poor. You say nothing about the state of the apartment and the furnishings
on the website, which I assume is deliberate. I would never chosse to bring people to an
apartment in such a poor condition, and for you to charge €350 a night for it is incredible.
A favor: The apartment is on two handy bus lines (the 23 +70) that made
getting to and from the center very easy.

It has a TV with up tp 260 Channels, and a Beatiful Living room with two big Sofa,
the Items in the Appartements is ENOUGH for up to 4 persons!! its really really fully
furnished.
A favor: Clean and tidy apartment, reception were very
helpful and let us leave our bags with them for the day until we left the city, centrally
located which was great. Towels were great given it said there wouldnt be any.

contra:When we booked for 6 people the invoice said 2 so we had to pay additional money for the
apartment which didnt make any sense. There was not enough hot water and there was also no
kettle and it was dark. Only one teatowel to dry the pots which was a bit silly.

Two problems arised during our stay: The gas for water

bathroom was very nice. The apartment was well equipped with almost everything you need except
wine glasses. The location was very central. Correspondence was excellent both via email and
phone. Timing was also perfect. Thank you very much, we had an amazing time in Madrid! This
apartment is excellent for a group of travelers or family.

good except that we couldn’t open one of the sofa-bed, had a lot of trouble opening the front
entrance to the building, one of the clothes rack was broken and there was a leak on one of the
bathroom sink basin which we notified the agent. The handling of the leak was excellent though.
The lighting was a bit poor and there could be more mirror. Overall, the apartment was very
good.

Although the negatives take more space – all in all,
it’s a very nice apartment.
En contra:From the description on the webpage I expected
the apartment to be in Mitte. If I’d read my guidebook properly before booking I would have
realised that the apartment was in Friedrichshain which was an interesting place to stay but
not quite as central as I would have liked.
A hairdryer would be a useful addition for those
travelling on budget airlines needing to keep luggage to a minimum.

A favor: we were negatively surprised to find out that the street was a
narrow shabby one on the red district of Barcelona. All taxi drivers o the apartment kept
saying that this is a dangerous neighbourhood for two young women. The door to the apartment
had scratches next to the key hole – a sign that somebody had been trying to break into the
apartment. the staircase to the apartment was in a bad shape and the peaces were falling off
the wall surface, postal boxes were in peaces. We had to leave the apartment and rent another
one for the rest of the week but the patron did not reimburse us even a penny – a real shame.

The appartment was great, very well-kept. We had
towells, extra blankets, a nice shower, room for our stuff… A water boiler would have been a
plus though. Our contact personn was really nice and friendly. Everything was well-organised.

A favor: Dear Sir/Madam,
As a whole myself and
co-travellers were most disappointed with our stay at your apartment. Here are the reasons why
-
Firstly, with less than 24 hours left of leaving the UK I received a text message stating
that our initial apartment was being changed and that we were being allocated another apartment
in a totally different part of the city, and most importantly away from the San Siro which was
the main purpose of our trip.
Secondly, upon eventually finding the apartment myself and
co-travellers were left waiting almost an hour before the contact person (Alex) arrived, of
which approximately 20 telephone calls were made to him without an answer.
Thirdly, the
apratment was not upto statndard, and its location was not what we required. There was a
shortage of beds for the 5 of us to stay in along with bed blankets/pillows and there were no
bathroom toiletries to be used whic had to be bought by ourselves during our stay
Forthly,
upon leaving the apartment, again we were unable to speak with anyone by telepone regarding the
return of the keys. For that reason we then had to travel into Milan city to return the keys,
which was not our responsibility and not what we were imformed.
There were many other
factors which I will not go into which also disappointed us. For that reason I am sorry but I
will not be using your company again nor will I or would I recommend you.

A favor: The location of this apartment was its best feature
- that is the only reason we continued our stay.
En contra:The apartment looked very
different in real life and was in poor condition – in fact when we arrived we could not even
open the bathroom door. The oven did not work nor did many of the light fittings. The shower
nozzle was broken. The kitchen utensils were dirty. The contact person was not helpful and we
did not receive our deposit back and I cannot understand this as we met all requirements of
the accommodation agreement.

A favor: The appartment is great as long as you aren’t claustrofobic
and don’plan on staying indoors. It’s quiet, warm, clean and most of all ithe location is
great (located 100 m from a big boulevard with metro stations, places to eat, shop etc. and
about 10-15 minutes walk to the Louvre). But it is soooooooooo smaaaaaaall…. hard to imagine.

A favor: There were 2 Jonasstreets in Berlin and at first we went to
the wrong one. That was the reason we arrived to late and had to pay € 25 extra.
Perhaps
you can mention the area of the Jonasstreet.
All the less, we had a nice stay in

En contra:Here is a horror story!
On the second evening a
neighbour threw ammonia into the corridor. A terrible strong gas smell entered into apartment.
I told my wife and kids leave the house immediately and stayed to analyze what the smell was
about. There was ammonia liquid on the flor in the corridor. I did not first notice the liquid,
stepped into it with socks on and it was burning my feet. I was then opening all windows,
wiping the liquid away and calling the contact person. The contact person told that the
neighbor is greasy and has done similar things early. Well for us this was a chocking event and
we moved out immediately and wanted money back from two remaining nights. (The smell did stay
very strong even after the floor was cleaned.
Otherwise the apartment was not very clean
and had a broken lock that was fixed with a suspicious padlock.
I would seriously
recommend to get rid of this Paris, 80 Sevres Apartment. It will ruin your
reputation.

narrow one-way street with no signs and wireless internet service was not available. The
contact, Tomaso, was wonderful. He corrected any problems immediately and was a pleasure to
work with. The apartment has an excellent bus connection to the city, but is located in a
difficult spot to find by car. It is recommended a map be prepared to direct people to a spot
to meet their host.

on arrival it tunred out to be a studio, which was inconvenient because we were with two
couples. The manager solved this by giving us an extra appartment which was very nice of him.
But it would be better if the maps on the website would show the actual amount of rooms.

Apartment Ernesto was nice and clean and near by the centre of
Malaga!
The kitchen can use a new waterboiler for thee, and some more pots and pans, rest
was perfect and cosy.
