En contra:Very poor facility, no wash machine, vacuum cleaner, water boiler, riol smell, not clean. value quality ratio is very low. We left our wallet at apartment and after one month, 20 SMS, email, phone calls they didn’t sent the wallet, even after taking the money out of wallet.

En contra:The apartment was fine but a little inaccessible with a large suitcase being on the 4th floor up a narrow staircase.

2. A TERRIBLE SMELL FROM THE BATHROOM (SANITARY ) CAME ALL THE TIME IN THE WHOLE APPARTMENT
3. OPENING HOURS OF THE OFFICE (only from the afternoon)

A favor: Excellent location.
Guide of bus transit system available: very appreciated.
En contra:Pestilential odors in the bedroom (coming from bad sewage system).
Promise of services furnished (kitchen, for example), but the utensils were exceedingly bad quality, only one dish cloth (to dry dishes), no dish soap, glasses so used that it is impossible to clean them, no salt or pepper.
The apartment was filthy (except for linen, shower and sinks and perhaps frig).
And then on top of that, 200 euros deposit. It was returned, ok. But for comparison, in Paris, everything was clean, was of quality and no surprises, and no deposit at all (it was supposed to be 20 euros, but the agent did not need it).

En contra:I found the apartment to be very clean and in a good location. Although I was very disappointed to find that the owners had absolutely no english.Since I booked the apartment on an english website and the email I recieved from the owners with the apartment information in it was in english I thought that I would have no problem communicating with them.But when I rang the office 30 mins prior to reaching the apartment as directed, I found I couldnt communicate with them.This was very dissappointing as I have next to no spanish.I think it would be appropriate for the owners of the apartment to have at least a little english to explain where to get the keys etc. Otherwise it was a great experience overall. Thank you.

A favor: Excellent location, right in the heart of Marrakech - just what we all wanted. Friendly welcome.
Spacious apartment. Air conditioning was excellent. Bedding very clean and the apartment was very comfortable. We all had a truly excellent holiday and the owner was very friendly and helpful.
En contra:Kitchen was very basic. No washing machine, no coffee machine, no barbeque and no towels as listed in the advert. This did not put us off at all but may not go down too well with other clients.
We would go back to this apartment for another holiday because we loved it.

A favor: setup was ok, the apartment was clean enough and well equipped.
En contra:The apartment was very small and on the very top floor so it was very hot in summer but air conditioning helped a lot…at night we had to sleep on the sofas provided because the beds were not real beds but foldable ones and so very uncomfy.

A favor: Space, two terrasses, help with parkingplace, no noice from the streets
En contra:It wood be better to put two beds in the room with the stairs in stead of at the loft.
