Super equipped apartment.
Near a local market, it’s so easy to find fresh meat, fish and vegetables.
You find a nice and not expensive restaurant in 2 minutes.

Apartment Ivo in Dubrovnik was situated in a very good location. All the equipment worked in the apartment and everything was very clean. It was also nice that our towels and sheets were changed once a week. The contact person was friendly.

Nothing negative really, maybe because the windows were to the main street the nights were a bit noisy but that was to be expected.

Good, convenient location. Some equipment worked. Inadequate compaints system – we would have been penalised if we had complained at the time.

Agent told us wrong location of aparment. Unsafe stairs with broken tiles as access. Shower bay raised and floor slippery when wet – needed handrail. Shower curtain dirty and badly placed – water flowed on floor. Lots bad – no space here

This apartment is substandard and would not be approved for letting in Australia. Access is unsafe.

Complaints could be lodged but a 100 Euro fee was threatened if we didn’t follow instructions (none provided). Even though we were told the apartment was at the other end of the street, to get fresh directions from the agent would cost 100 E.

The appartment was not clean, old furniture. When we arrived we could not get in until the evening because they fumigated the appartment for bedbugs. Contactperson gived us a 10% discount for this. But there still were bedbugs when we left.

The fellow (and italian… I don´t remember the name) that attend me was very nice and attencious.

When the electricity when out I call to the number that was in the sheet (because it happens more or less 14h15) and so he never call me back to know if everything was alright. To my mind passed that it wasn´t a good behavior.

The apartment was conveninetly located to subway. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The owners were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Vienna and would stay at this apartment again. We would reccommend it to others.

A really nice flat, almost in the center of Belgrade, helpfull agent, perfect equipment. The apartment was worth its price. We really enjoyed staying there. I can strongly recommend this flat.

As it was very hot, and there wasn’t air conditioning, we have some dificulties with sleping.

Right in the middle of it all, owners were helpful. Apartment had adequate cooking equipment (unlike some we’ve seen). Shopping and transit very close.

Comfort: Severe bedbug infestation, got eaten alive
Location: Fourth floor over bar next to busy road. Tons of stairs, noisy even at 1am on weekdays.

Right in the heart of Marseille. Metro, bus, shopping all very close. Kitchen had enough equipment to actually cook with. Landlords friendly and easy to reach (worked nearby).

Infested heavily with bedbugs, eaten alive.
88 stairs.
Over bar next to busy road, noisy at 1am even on weekdays (quiet-after-9pm-or-else rule seemed pointless)
No terrace.
Old, run-down building. Broken window shutters & tiles on stairs

Poor ligthing, kettle did not work (leaked) and a bulb blew without any replacements in th flat. Noisy upstairs neighbours sometimes at night.

Fabulous apartment in a great area. We felt very welcome and loved the ambiance of the whole apartment and district. Would recommend to all except frail elderly.

Great location, very central. Stones throw from the beach. Basic but clean apartment which had everything we needed. Air conditioning – fantastic in August. Good little base from which to explore the city.

A lot smaller than it seemed in the photos online. The smell of drains from the breeze-way, and outside – but that’s what you get in a busy city in the middle of summer. Toilet roll! There was half a roll when we arrived haha!

Only the position, very close to the Pedrera and Batlò and to the Gracia quarter. Nothing else positive: the whole equipment was very old. Water dropping on the ground from a water pipe coming out of the bathroom.

No air conditioning, as promised upon reservation: very old machine, producing no cold air, simply noisy. Bedroom without ventilation! (just a little window opening on the building stairs! Impossible to keep it opened). Neighbours very noisy.

We had a really good time being in the apartment in barcelona. It is located perfectly – having all the sights, the beach, the metro a supermarket, good restaurants, a bank, stores and more in walking distance. The apartment was clean and nice

The stairway to the appartment is very narrow and long! But everything else was perfect!

The apartment was in the centre – nice.

The apartment was not very clean. Impossible to look out of the windows. The beds in the bedroom were much too soft.
There was not much kitchenspace when you wanted to cook.
The roof terrace was not as lovely as the picture showed.

The location of Apartmento Exa / Malaga was excellent, although the taxi had a hard time finding it – you could add clear driving instructions. The apartment was smallish but comfortable and rather stylish.

The water heating system (by gas) was too complicated. The bed was too narrow.

Nice apartment, great location, near the beach and also close to the city. Very compact and perfect for two people.

The only problem we found was that the apartment smelt quite a bit, especially down in the bedroom, presumeably this was due to the walls being damp as they were under ground level.

First of all, the neighborhood is not that good. The front of the building is ok, but the back..not so…
All the building has a bad smell, I thins it’s because of the wc pipes that are not in the walls but on them..on the exterior.

The terrace was a little too full of flower pots and hence a little crowded and messy.

Also the promised internet was not working and the contact person couldn’t explain it to us how to use it during or whole visit.

The photos were a little deceptive in terms of the size of the appartnent and the general condition of the furniture and decor, both of which were a little disappointing.

– We arrived quite late on first day because of trafic jam, and Henry was kindly waiting for us in the apartment
- It’s nice to have on arrival fourniture for bed and bathroom, and paper for toilets
- Nice also to have a little city map

- there is few electric cords hanging in few places, no bath mat, no remote control for television, only 1 remote control for the 2 air conditionning
- as there is a lot of noise, espcially at night, mabye a better isolation for noise…

The location is very close to all public transportation (tram/train/airport) and to shopping/town centre. The wireless internet connection is working very well and the TV has a lot of channels. The bed is very confortable.

Extremely noisy, because very close to the train tracks. It is almost impossible to sleep with the window even slightly open. The electric kitchen is old. The equipment is very poor, especially towels for bathroom and kitchen.

Top location, right in the middle of Prague! The apartment was also quite nice. The normal 2-p bed was good. The bathroom was excellent!

When you stay with more then two persons, you need to use a 2-p sleeping couch and/or an extra bed. Those 2 are very uncomfortable, but doable if you don’t stay for more then 5 nights

Location, walking distance to almost everything, large apartment, plenty of room, good facilities and only on 1st floor so not too many stairs to climb. Air con kept us nice and cool.

There were renovations to the building during our stay and there was scaffolding on the building making easy access through the windows into our apartment. This really worried my wife so we couldn’t have the air con on at night.

Walking distances to main touristic attractions is not very long+the district is nice and well connected with means of transportation.
The view of Sagrada Familia and Torre Agbar is great. Apartment Tetuan is nice and cozy.

We were welcomed late by the proprietors mother who didn’t speak english and just a little french which complicated communication. We had to make expensive phonecalls to the proprietor himself to make sure we understood eachother.

We really liked this apartment. The location was an easy tram ride to all of the major attractions and from the Centraal Station. Since we were a group of 6, the value for the cost was excellent.

We found a binder that included all of the owner’s manuals. When we found the one we needed for the washing machine, it was only in dutch.
We also had unexpected visitors who were picking up drycleaning.

The content of the kitchen was not so great. There were no pans, which was a little annoying. Also, we had a problem with the chauffeur when we were going to the airport – he came too late, and when he came the car wasn’t big enough. Not good!

- The temperature was awful (Air conditioners blow hot air inside of the flat).
- The street in where the flat was located was really dirty and unsafe

Six ladys visiting Rome; and we would very much like to stay in this apartment once again. Nice and clean apartment for groups or families. just two minutes walk from the Vatican. Nice balcony-area outside in the backyard.

Not air-conditioned bedrooms, the sitting-room was well air-conditioned.
Although we slept well.in spite of some noice outside one of the bedrooms.

I was very pleased with the apartment as it was much nicer than it looked on photographs on the website, as it was in the most charming area of Lisbon. We had the best welcome from Elsa, that made us feel really at home during our stay.

The only problem with the apartment was the lack of a double bed, we didn’t realise this at the time of booking. The sofabed was uncomfortable and the daybed though pretty and comfortable was only a single. However i loved the apartment.

Santa Catarina market around the corner-needn’t run to Boqueria!

Steep stairs, but one should not complain for minor inconvenience, staying in historical building.
No wifi, you can have some rest, if you are a webmaniac. There is good wifi at Maximillian downstairs.

Did not get the apartment we originally rented. Landlord claimed there was no hot water. The apartment originally rented had internet according to the web information, however the substitute apartment did not. This was not ok.

The airconditioner worked like a charme!

The bed in the living room was not very comfortable, but we managed to sleep in it. We were surprised by the “pets” from the neighbours (?) in the bathroom. Inspite off the spray they came back!
The staircase needs a fix-up.

It’s central, has a nice little verandra, good air-conditioning, nice with sheets and towls and a little wardrobe.

Many stairs to climb, the sofa-bed was quite small, very noisy outside from the street (but didn’t really have to have the window open because of ac). Quite small for 4 people.

Inflexible, unhelpful owner. Good cooker/oven but all oven trays were removed by owner. Not enough kitchen utensils. Do not touch signs throughout flat. No air condition, just fan. No good restaurants, shops cafes in the area. Extremely noisy.

The apartment is in the centre of Barcelona which is very handy. Its in a residential block which makes it safer. There is a shop down stairs, as well as an ice cream parlor and restaurant next door. Apt has everything but air conditioning!

The street is a small narrow street, poorly light at night and its not recomended for walking alone or in small groups. The Company tried to scam us out of money with illegal clams. Know your rights with this company!!

The flat had lots of awful insects, cockroaches especially. We weren’t be able to eat and drink normally (washing was not possible to). We haven’t been informed about these “residents” of course. District was dangerous and ugly.

- TV channels are very limited! No international channels.

Excellent location, lovely contact person, bright and spacey, amenities were good particularly the washing machine, overall a great place to stay.

Quality of furnishings, particularly beds and pillows, could be better. Needed a few extra things travellers don’t usually bring i.e. toilet paper, iron, kettle, toaster, perhaps a TV.

Problems with keys not working – we were given 3 sets of keys, 1 set was good, 2nd set only one key worked, 3rd set both keys were broken. Replacement key also didn’t work properly.

Out arrival was handled efficiently by Maria. The apartment is in a (for us) perfect location in the Bari Gotica close to everything.It really is a beautiful apartment. We had no problem with noise, communications were excellent. Great!

A beautiful place with cheap IKEA beds! It could do with a lick of paint. The main A/C when set to the correct temp for the main room is too cold in the 2nd bedroom. The small A/C unit in the big room leaks water down the wall. WiFi broken.

Very good location. Nice arrangement of the apartment.

When we came in, the floors and furniture were dirty as if someone did not hoover and dust for weeks. The apartment was supposed to be for 11 people and there were only 6 chairs at the table. It wasn’t the best equipped apartment.
