Close to the center, quite neighborhood, super-markets, metro, taxi, shops are close by.

Very nice over all !!!

The only problem, that the lift does not go up to the 10th floor, but only goes up to the 9th floor. This information is important for people who have a disability or simply want the comfort of a lift all the way to the apartment.

Service was really good. Loved the view from the balcony. My daughters really enjoyed the Disney channel and free internet was excellent. Very close to metro station and shops. Beds were great. We really enjoyed our time in Barcelona.

Hot water in shower doesn’t work properly and there weren’t any towels or tea towels to dry dishes with. A bigger fry pan is needed as well as a bigger knife to cut meat with.

COLORS - Madrid

In the center of Madrid including short distance from Plazza Sol, the Metro, all the Easter events. Big and comfortable apartment for 6 people. Changing towles and sheets twice a week. All the equipment worked perfectly.

A small sofa or 2 armchairs could also exist in the living room – only one sofa was not enough for 5-6 people when we wanted to meet in the end of the day. In addition the clothe hangerσ in the closet were ωερυ few.

Nice little appartment. Good neighbourhood.

The apartment wasn`t cleaned at arrival but our contact person found personel to do it wery quick. We had to wait 1,5 hour before we could use the appartment! In the kitchen we missed drinking glas and other eqipment. No parking??

Very basic, so very clean.

Little bit far from the nice part of Prenzlauerberg.
Could have used an extra blanket. Bed/couch was very hard and uneven.

CENTER BERLIN - Berlin

It was a very good apartment, close to the u-bahn, and in a fine neighbourhood with shoppingpossibilities. the apartment was good equipment with kitchen, bathroom, entre, and bedroom/livingroom.

The shower cut be a little bit interesting because it shifted between very warm and cold water! But you learn how to handle this:)

Location was excellent – heart of Vaci Utca near Vörös Marty square; Beautiful Art Deco Building, layout was good & spatious for a couple, response from agency/landlord was prompt & courteous. Without faulty equipment would be an excellnt flat

Faulty equipment – broken bed slats; gas leak in flat; hot water was inconsistent in shower; window blind snapped; had to wait on 2 occasions for maintenance men to inspect faults wasting precious vacation time as contact did not have a key

Fine space for 7 persons, 4 adults and 3 children.
Fine that we had plenty of towels. Very good that there was some toilet paper when we arrived.
Fine to have “Netto” + other food shops near by.

There were too few forks and knives. The kitchen needed cleaning.
There were not many restaurants near by (walking distance).

The appartement was stricly speaking not a appartement but consisted of 4 rooms (bethrooms) with no living room and the kitchen was not usable for making meals. There was access to a terrage, but the cold weather made it unsuable.

Only one bedroom sleeps 2. Hard extra bed sleeps 1. And the forth person had to sleep on the couch.

central location, traditional style, well equiped, good value, glasses etc all provided. was only on 1st floor so eay to get to. Lots of shops around, within 10 minutes of St Marks etc

The contactperson was really nice and helpfull.
There was a lot of touristic information availeble in the apartment.
The location was very good, very nearby the famous interesting places in the city.

The information on internet didn’t say, that there was no window from which you could look outside. It didn’t feel so well.

We are very saticfied with our stay..
The hosts were very helpfull..they even let us park our suitcases early—they met us at the appartment at the time of our arrival.
We got all necessary information …about the neighbourhood…..we got a map with a lot of recommandations..whre to shop-what to see…where to go- they were very helpfull!!!!You must send our greetings with a lot of thanks for their kindness!!!! We even had authentic chinese recipes !
The flat was very well cleaned up—-and fullfilled all we had hoped for–very well situated…and in a very quiet surrounding.We reaaly enjoyed our stay and will surely be using the same flat again when we re-visit Venice.
I have often been using your office while staying in different cities in Europe…and have always been greatly satisfied.

It is much better if you choose to stay in a hostel, it will be much cheaper, and you’ll get more quality. The apartment smelled a bit and had mould on the wooden roof.

The contact person was very flexible – offered to come before the set time to let us in, and let us stay till the afternoon on the day of departure, so we didn’t have to jog around Berlin with suitcases in hand. Very kind of him.

This apartment is situated in an excellent spot. Everything (shops, cafés, restaurants, night life, tourist attractions & parking) are close by. The apartment is clean&comfy. We stayed there with another couple and a baby & it was just perfect

There is only one double bed. The other bed is a pull-out bed and the room has no door.

Location could not be better. Between Louve, Pompadu and Point Nerf.
Moden and stylish. All amenties within a stonethrow. Very good Sofa Bed. Well equiped with Large TV free phone calls and Nespresso machine.

The kitchen bathroom and bedroom have slightly restricted head height, I am 5-11 and had to stoop very slightly in the bedroom and shower.
There was some noise from the bar below untill very late on Saturday night.

Location is excellent!! In the middle of the ‘Gothic’ part of the old city. Lot of things to visit in walking distance. You really feel one of the inhabitants of the city.

main door jams, key does not always work. shower does not fit into holder so you have to hold while showering. You can’t look out of the windows because the glass is white so its dark inside. neighbours are noisy! loud music and tv.

Great district, very conveniently situated close to Eiffel Tower, Metro only a few minutes walk, supermarket almost opposite. Small balcony with table and chairs to eat outside. Very clean apartment, and a welcoming owner.

This is a tiny apartment, a bedsit really. Once sofabed is out there is no room to move about. Kitchen is the tiniest possible space, impossible to cook in and also poorly equipped (only one dinner knife between 2 people!) so we had to eat out

Great location. Arrangements for getting into the apartment were clear and very convenient. Tiny apartment, but quirky and really charming. Beds were comfortable. Grocery stores, metro, restaurants and interesting sights all very close by.

We could have used a few more simple kitchen utensils. There was supposed to be wifi access, but it wasn’t working while we were there.

If you are not sharing the double bed, be aware the person sleeping in the lounge area has to pass through other bedroom to reach bathroom – although not a major problem.

Great location, superbly convenient! All the things we needed within 5-minute radius — including some very interesting restaurants! Very quiet/ peaceful/safe, too. And Anna, the lady who met us and takes care of the apartment, was great!

Had problems getting in touch with the contact person (although the name and contact number were giveen to us in advance).

Contact person put coffee, toast, jam, and toilet paper in apartment. Great. Also put chocolates in apartment, very nice. linen was included in price, no hidden fees.

Wish we could of controlled the temperature in the apartment. Most days were fine but 2 days of cold weather. Would gave been nice to be able to warm up at least the bathroom during those days.

Better/more equipment in the kitchen. Bigger plates, wine glasses knives and forks. The sofa and armchaires were impossible to use and lacked table!? TV set without international cannels was a disappointment.

CARDINAL - Paris

The perfect location for exploring Paris. Very clean, yet basic. The subway station is just 2 min away and there are several supermarkets nearby. The contact person was very helpful with everything. Would recommend to friends.

Had to sleep with windows closed. Although the neighborhood was calm Paris is quite a noisy city, even at night. The building’s corridors had this particular smell that we found quite unpleasant. But inside the apartment all OK!

There was no radio or kettle, the oven didn’t work and in general the electrics in the apartment were in need of some work. There was a nightclub on one side and a primary school on the other – noisy! Some of this was explained – not all.

Very nice welcome by Paola and Maurizio, even when we arrived late due to flight delay. appartment is very well located to explore the city, metro nearby. Supermarket, shops, Internet, and bar are near as well. Good, hard beds ! Clean !

Style of the appartment is outdated. Living room is a small room that also serves as dining room, only 4 chairs and a small sofa. Bathroom is very small. Shower does not fit large people. Small elevator to 6th floor.

The location of the apartment is really good. Close to the city centre.
The entrance is neat and okay. The neigbourhood is okay. Apartment can be safely closed.
The rooms are large, the apartment is quite spacy.

Quality of the beds is poor. Just one towel per person for a whole week is also a bit poor.

LATIFA - Marrakech

Good central location within easy walking distance of many attractions.
Lots of living space and a great roof terrace with plenty of shade to hide from the sun when it got too hot and to watch the storks nesting on the city walls.

The kitchen was inadequate. The sink leaked so we had to use the bathroom to wash up. Also would have like to be able to cook so basic cooking materials would have been useful – oil, salt, pepper, chopping board etc.

Excellent area, allowing us to walk to all the main sites in Rome. Local shops were lovely and plenty of good eating places close by. Suited us as a family as we struggled to find accommodation for 5 which was affordable.

Could do with a plug or washing up basin and tea towels. Kitchen equipment not really enough to caterer properly in the flat. Some larger cups needed as only expresso cup provided. Hot water doesn’t work properly.

LISBON CENTER - Lisbon

If you are young and want to enjoy the Lisbon nightlife, the area is the best, the street is full of bars and restaurants. The contact person is really nice and helpful. The apartment is great; bright, cosy and perfect for a group of friends.

The only bad thing I can think of is the staircase. The stairs are extremely steep, a bit dangerous if you’re a little drunk or walking in heels.

Het appartement lag zeer centraal in een gezellige buurt dicht bij de evenementen. Jammer dat het zo hoog is, maar goed tye doen.

The apartment is located right in the centre of the city, close enough to be able to walk everywhere but also on a street which is quiet at night so there is no noise from people etc. Apartment was well appointed and clean.

Not necessarily an against as I was made aware of it at many stages, however the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. When you arrive with bags you might need a break half way up!

The area was nice and quiet and the apartment was pleasant. Location very good, metro station 2 minute walk away. An excellent, cosy restaurant “Rosso Vivo” around the corner! Also grocery store, some small shops and coffee shop nearby.

Ideas for improvement:
1. Some additional equipment for kitchen (for example kitchen knives, standard size frying pan)

Eleni was very hospital and helpful. The apartment was very clean and was the perfect base for exploring Athens. It was also great that the location wasn’t touristy and therefore you actually got a feel for what it would be like to live there.

Problems with the metro meant that you had to spend extra travelling time which was a bit annoying.

We missed an Internet connection, which could be helpful to organize our trip back to Belgium. Without Internet it was difficult to follow the evolution about the ash cloud and forecasts for the flights to Belgiuim.

The only problem was noise from the underground during the night, but I guess it’s like that in the whole city in the ground floor and there is nothing the owner can actually do to stop it.

Very nice appartement, very modern stuff and it looks very well. A lot of TV channels and also a dvd player in the t.v. was very nice. The terras was also good. There is wifi in the appartement and a washing machine was is very handy.

There was little amount of cutterly. We had 3 knifes,3 forks and 3 spoons. We hadn’t a knife to make vegetables or anything else when we liked to cook. We also missed a scissors. There was an oven but not an ovenplate.

The place is on ground floor and lacks curtains that may provide some privacy. The choice is either heavy shutters (no light) or people looking at us in the bedroom. This was truly shocking and most unpleasant.

Nice, calm district close to the Rialto bridge with a lot of small shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean apartment with good bathrooms. Pleasant welcoming from the contact person.

Hard beds and pillows. Difficult to do some cooking as there were few casseroles and the oven could not be used. Hot water came and went during a shower.

The apartment is really confortable and very nice, exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you might need. Also sleeping rooms have very good beds.

Good value of money.

Too dark in the appartment. Groundfloor, one window into the court and no way to open it because of smoking people everytime. But if you don’t spend day hours in the appartment it is very good solution.

BLACK CAT’S apartment in Lisbon was really comfortable, clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was close to the city centre and Belem (by frequent tram 15). We really enjoyed our stay. Ana and Pedro were very helpful with a warm welcome.

LA FAYETTE - Paris

Very nice apartment with lot of space on La Fayette. Gare de Nord is near. You feel really homie. Owner is good person. No deposit was needed. If you have kids, they will love it.

Only problem is that bedroom has street window and outside is crazy traffic all day and night. You can not sleep without ear plugs. So first night I had to get use to those ear plugs. Apartment needs new soundproof windows.

We liked Eduardo appartment very much. It has superb location (on walking distance from everything in Florence). Equipment supprised us- microwave, dish washer, washing mashine…. Great.

apartment felt a bit run down to be honest. bowls were badly chipped,oven grill didn’t seem to be very hot, and general decor was a bit ‘tired’.window in one room didn’t lock and noise from church bells and street kept person in lounge awake

The place of the apartment was very good.

The toilet don,t work the first two day. You could only take bath for two minutes because the drainage could not lead the water away. Two of the chair was destroyed. The kitchen was terrible dirty. There was mouse poisen on the kitchen table.

CENTER-PICASSO apartment is very good located : opposite to the Trastevere railway station and next to a stop of Tram 8 which takes you in 10 minutes to the city center. Supermarkets in the near vicintiy. Clean, spacious apartement.

Area around Trastevere station is very noisy due to heavy car & public transport traffic (night & day). The appartement does not block these outside noices enough

1 we had an agreement to have a transport from the airport to the apartment and it faild.
2 Even as we had telefoncontact from the aerport we had to wait one houer on the street to get in to the apartment.
3 The apartment was not cleand up.

4 The internet whas not availebel in the first two days.
We has been compensated for our trobble with a free taxi to the airport.
It could bee useful for coming gest to know that there is 63 steps from
the ground floor to the apartment.

We had lovely time in Budapest and in this apartment. The apartment was very well furnished and state-of-the-art. The building was new. The apartment owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment interiors were beautiful.

The apartment was very dark and very damp. There was a strong smell of humidity that remained throughout our stay no matter how much we aired it out. The bedsheets were also humid.

Charming area with a lot of small shops. Very helpfull english-speaking owners.

Great location, although a little rough its safe and so close to La Rambla and great places to eat and hang out. The beds were comfortable and the living area a great size for 2 couples to interact.

Noisy as in a residental building. It was like they were blowing up an air bed every 20 minutes above our apartment and little kids play in the stairs. This is only at night really. No maps or tourist information given!

We went with two young gay couples (two men and two women) and had no problem whatsoever. The contactperson was very nice and everything was wel organised. The view was amazingly stunning and we had some great nights up on the roofterrace!

You share the two terraces with two other appartements and the cleaner (with two huge german shephards!) comes by often to clean appartements when they become vacant. Also, during daytime u need to pay 10ct to use the lift (appt is on 6th!)

Great location in the heart of the city in a very interesting multicultural neighbourhood. Very close to the Mercat Santa Caterina (food market) and a bakery and small supermarket on Carrer Sant Pere Mes Baix.
Funky bars + Restaurants nearby

Access to the roof terrace (fantastic space and view) is outside the apartment and up the main staircase. This is a minor inconvenience. Beware of the neighbours – they complained about the noise yet we were not being loud.

Central location, but very quiet courtyard setting; all necessary amentities in apartment; great service from ownwer/agency; clean and modern (esp bathroom), and spacious for couple/small family; my wife and I were extremely pleased.

Nothing, really – Access to Internet seems to be an island-wide issue, not much individual owners can do, and hey, you’re in Venice, Relax !

The appartment is cosy and well equipt. The surrounding of the appartment is nice with a good local restaurant around the corner and enough shops. It’s possible to walk to the center and otherwise to take the underground within a 5 min. walk.

There is no outsite space or balcony, but its no problem because you will be most of the time in the city center of Rome.
