The palace where is the apartment is very very old and trembling and the apartment no clean ( In a bed there was patch and some coats !!!!) We recommend you to check your apartments from time to time, so you can guarantee bigger cliening to you client.

En contra:The curtains dirty, and windows could have been cleaned. A lot of dust under the beds.
It was incredible noise from the street, all night long. I had four nights with little sleep. Not possible to have windows open. Only window in one bedroom also. The stairways terribly dirty and untidy. If I had owned the apartement or rented for a longer periode of time, I would have 1) Cleaned the stairway 2) Painted the stairway to give a better impression 3) Tidied around the mailboxes (which I did).
A favor: THE HOSTESS WAS VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING. SHE WAS VERY GRACIOUS AND PATIENT, EVEN THOUGH OUR FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AND WE ARRIVED LATER THAN SCHEDULED. THE APARTMENT WAS IN A CENTRAL LOCATION AND EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE!

En contra:Information that the power will be paid separately (depending on usage) is not enough. Rough value for a day should be given in order to get the final price for a day (or the price for 1 kWh). Lack of this information is very missleading.
A favor: The apt at Celimontana was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
En contra:The kitchen needs some additional equipment: more pots and pans, kitchen towels, tablecloth, wooden spoons, a sieve, a soup-ladle, etc.
In ther bathtub there wasn’t a plug.

3) Nice and helpful hosts quickly responding to the mails (sent before arrival).
En contra:1) The water heater was in a very poor state – one night it stopped working and started leaking covering all the bathroom with water… And we couldn’t turn it off and get in touch with the host… Nevertheless, finally in the next morning when we sent the email our host contacted us and took care of it.
2) Water heater is quite small and there is only enough hot water for 2 people… (we were 3…)

The localization of the flat is very beneficial (very near the centre of cities and Sagrada Family), easy access into the public transport and the underground.
En contra:Flat is located below the ground floor, is very dark, terrace between buildings, with withered plants, without the sun – not encouraging sitting.

A favor: [Benedetta apartment in Florence] Karin is wonderful – so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We loved the set-up of the apartment with the mezzanine level, even though my tall partner did bang his head on the beams once!
The location of the apartment in the city is super-convenient too – just 5 mins from the bus and train stations. As we travelled to and from Florence by train, it couldn’t have been better placed.
Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would stay here again.
En contra:[Benedetta apartment in Florence] The double bed was actually 2 singles beds placed together, so there was a bit of dip in the middle which was slightly uncomfortable.
Would have been nice to have a kettle and a normal toaster (not a sandwich toaster) in the kitchen. Also not having a draining board was a little inconvenient.
‘Satellite’ TV seemed to show mostly Syrian soap operas.

En contra:The pictures from Internet didn´t match reality. We was told that three of the beds should be made almost immediately but they wasn´t made until we contacted the contact person again several hours later. The apartment wasn´t properly cleaned (spiderweb and dust). It was an apartment for 5 persons, but there were only 4 chairs. The beds weren´t comfortable… The shower needs to be repaired. Awful smell in the wardrobes.

A favor: Near to 4 frequent bus services to main railway station, taking 10-20 minutes, depending on time of day. Contact person very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Plenty of space, equipment good, important local information provided (where to eat, where to shop, times and costs of museums, etc). Useful local shops (bakery, chemist, etc) and two supermarkets close (one economy, the other huge and high quality).

A favor: The location is great. Youy could practicly walk to all the most important sites of Barcelona. The metro station was also 3, 4 minutes away and you can get everywhere by metro there.

The price was the same, but there was a very big difference between the pictures from the the internet and the real apartment. The apartment was simply dirty. Everything was dirty. Also, the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen.

A favor: The Alicia apartment in Berlin is great. The place is huge, comfortable, and has everything available. This will be our place to stay in Berlin because it’s secure, very nice, and very affordable.
En contra:It’s on the last subway stop so it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center of town but that is the only drawback.

En contra:- the fact that is a 5th floor isn’t clear, at least for a non-spanish, not familiar with the way floors are described
- the tv didn’t work properlly
- the front door looks very fragile… and it had well visible signs of being opened with a kick – and poorly repaired with some nails (that make me a lit bit worried about my family safety – nothing bad happened, fortunatelly).

En contra:Didn’t have hot water whilst we were there as we weren’t told to turn the hotwater system on. The cleaner was locked out so when we arrived we had to wait for her to clean the apartment before we entered. TOILET SEAT WAS WOODEN AND FALLING TO PIECES.

A favor: Apartment was in ideal location – literally 1 min from the nearest metro and a 10 minute walk from the colloseum there were also plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by too.

En contra:I was told that the appartment had internet and when we got there there wasn’t any. Also the contact person that received us was in a rush and she didnt whant to explain anything. As I was told when I got to the airport I called her and she said to call again when I was there, so I had to pay for an extra call and also wait for her. When we entered the appartment I started checking athat evrything worked propperly and she did not like it.
And as a coment the apparment is in a very noisy street, it is in front of the only 24 hr store nearby so ther are loads of people yelling. also we were not told that there were people working in the building and they started drilling and hammering very early.

A favor: The Piazza Navona 1 appatment in Rome is located really close the Piazza Navona, very nice owner, the locaion fantastic to do the Rome sightseeing on foot – so close to all the monumants and nice places, really nice, a bit noisy at night, ideal for people who do not have kids and want to try the Rome at night, lots of shops nearby, really nice, many local people. Location perfect.

A favor: The apartment is wonderfully situated in the city. I was aware that it was central, but it is even more central than I ever thought of. You go down to the street – and you are 100 metres from the most central Piazza in Florence. That was so, so nice as we were travelling with a 3-months old baby. It was so easy to go home and out again several times during the day.
En contra:It is very loud in the apartment – you can hear everything around you from the other apartments. We were there during holidays – Easter – and maybe that is the reason why there were so many people gathered in the above apartment, but it took one night’s sleep…

A favor: APT Senhor Monte in Lisbon. There is a wonderful view from the apartment, also a fantastic restaurant Via Graca just around the corner. The layout was perfect for us, plenty of room for 4 people. We would certainly recommend this company.
En contra:There was no iron, we had to buy one. The location was fine for us but would have presented problems for people with limited mobility or fitness as it is on a very elevated site. You would have to use taxis to reach it.

Contact person DID come round with extra cloths to mop up the flood and arrange for somebody to come and put SOME grouting between glass bricks, tiles and round the shower tray, but it should have been finished properly beforehand.
En contra:Shower leaked badly – flooding studio as no grouting or sealant between glass wall or round shower tray or wall tiles. No shower curtain. Walls of shower room didn’t meet in corners and sliding door didn’t shut. Paintwork was dirty. Furniture was cheap, mismatched and looked like cast offs. Equipment in kitchen area was inadequate – even for 2 people. Noise from street was horrendous – going on until 2 or 3 am most nights and 5am on Sat. Studio was on 2nd floor not first as claimed with incredible steep, narrow stairwell. Sofa bed not comfortable. Bedlinen very old, as were towels. Only one set of keys. No place to dispose of garbage – had to use public bins in street.

En contra:when we arrived The appartment had not been cleaned yet which didn’t give us a very good impression.
the double bed in the tiny bedroom was narrower than standard size and the mattress was very basic, that made it pretty uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. All together not very restful as there weren’t any night curtains either.
A couple of suggestions: Please don’t forget teatowels for the kitchen and bathmat.

A favor: Great old apartment in Ancient City of Rome, extremely bright, clean and well kept. Very well equipped with everything in perfect working order. Exactly as stated, the perfect location for walking tours of city. Contact person was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would strongly recommend and we will return to same apartment.

A favor: To start with, the reception of the contact person was professional, courteous, helpfull, informative and welcoming. The arrival at the apartement was easy, the location was fantastic, just wonderful.
En contra:After we arrived at the apartement our first impression was that we were deceived by the photo’s on your website of the apartement ESTE A. The photo’s on the website gave us the impression of seperate large rooms. But in reality it was an apartement with an unfortunate lay-out and with small and claustrophobic rooms.
When we arrived we found laundry (sheets, towels, etc) hanging on the balcony. We also were concerned about all the extra keys just lying on the table.
The cleanliness of the apartment was ok but could be a lot better.
Also the quality of the matrass and bed is very poor. Sleeping more than 3 nights in it would kill our backs.
The equipment and all the utensils in the kitchen were also of a poor quality.
Finally it was a shame that there was no extra toiletpaper.
A favor: The location of the apartment was actually more central than we thought so that could be highlighted further in the advertising.
En contra:The location was very noisy at night, so whilst we really appreciated the central location it would have been useful to have understood that we would be disturbed throughout the night by people in the surrounding streets leaving bars and clubs etc.

En contra:1. There is no shower courtain in the bathroom so additionnally rug for the bathroom would be very usefull (children prefer taking shower so everytime the bathroom was transformed into swimming-pool and it is not very pleasant to have your feet on the wet floor).

En contra:We were left waiting outside in the rain for half an hour (22.00 – 22.30) until someone turned up to let us into the flat despite the fact that I had contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in Barcelona as instructed. As we were paying an extra 25 Euros to arrive after 20.00, we all felt this was quite a poor service. Also, the mattress in the single bedroom is VERY uncomfortable – not actually a mattress, merely a thick piece of foam.

En contra:The television did not work properly (we had 5 children, so they got bored), the coffee pot was broken, the sink faucet valve was broken, and after one person showered there was no longer hot water. In addition, there was too much noise (very busy area) at night (10pm to 5 am) and it was very difficult to sleep.

A favor: We rented CIUTAT VELLA in Barcelona for 4days. Great location just off La Ramblas. Spacious 6 bedroom apartment, neat and tidy. Late but friendly meeting to swap contracts. Easy to find from directions given. All our teenage children enjoyed the comfort of their own room.
En contra:Lots of stairs up up to the apartment. We knew about these but beware if you are not fit. There are 2 shower rooms as stated but one shower cubicle was tiny. Only large enough for our youngest child to use. Not enough hot water for a large party. There were 8 in our group so if you were not in first it meant having a cold shower!
Although we didn’t use the TV the aerial was broken.

En contra:We will never use this service again and have written a formal letter of complaint about our stay. The apartment was small as advertised but the pictures advertised on internet werent up to date and our apartment was disgusting. We never slept for the 3 nights but couldnt move as we had small child. On second night we spent 30 minutes at quarter to midnight dealing with a leak from the upstairs apartment which flooded our apartment and was inches from the second bed. Our contact had his phone off and wasnt contactable. We contacted the office and they were able to obtain Killen who then promised a 90 euro refund of which we only received 70 euros, again this is in official complaint. We only agreed to stay as it was our last full day and we were getting refund. The link attached is a video diary of our apartment and the conditions we slept. We have given bad reviews to all our family and friends and pending the outcome of the complaint we will be posting our comments and video on u tube and trip advisor to warn others.

En contra:The equipment was not as expected. Contrary to the description there was no wireless internet (which was on of the reasons we choosed this appartment) and there was no kettle to boil water.
Besides the bed was very hard, and there was lack of equipment in the kitchen e.g. wineglasses, good corckscrew, good ladles.

A favor: Excellent location on small street off of Passeig del Borne. Lots of eating and drinking places nearby. Rent a bike nearby and Barcelona is yours! Overall, Flassaders apartment gets 4.5 from us!
En contra:Linen and pillows are smelly and need to be replaced. Need an extra mirror outside of bathroom, possibly on door by bedroom. Light on bathroom mirror non functional. Front door knob is loose and needs to be repaired.

I mean, it can be reached also by tram.28, which stops around 100m away from the apartment, but the tram stop is not very visible

The apartment was very nice and well done, clean and comfortable.
The Host offers very warm welcome and nice atmosphere. The location its little far from center but when you find your way its no problem.

A favor: Although is was already after 23.00 hr. (delay of flight) the host was very quickly at the app. place, after we did our phonecall. The appartment was close to the metrostation and we could also walk to the Barcelona centre. Lots of shops where we could find breakfast articles.

The entrance was discosting (as example: die mouse , painting falling on our head….mail boxes all destroyed), the apartement was nice but not clean; need to be painted, moist in the shower, no hot water even after they changed the water tank; taking cold water shower was not what we were expected for sure.

En contra:The apartment was not as nice as it seemed in the pictures. The bathroom is very much in need of renovation. Most importantly the woman who runs the apartment (Isabel Benito) proved to be very untrustworthy and was sneaky about not returning our security deposit. Also when the toilet got clogged we contacted Isabel and instead of coming to fix it she told us to fix it by sticking the mop in the toilet. This is the same mop we had used to clean the apartment. This same woman took our security deposit and told us we would be payed in full when we leave. However when we went to give her the keys back she didn’t want to return the money because she said we had checked in late. We questioned why she was bringing this up now but when we checked in told us that we would receive all 100 Euro. She replied by telling us that the apartment was messy. Aside from the fact that this was not true because we made it a point to clean the apartment and mop the floor before we left it did not validate the fact that she would not return our money. After arguing for a while we gave up and let her leave with the money. She told us she would think about returning the money and email us but not surprisingly she never wrote to us. Isabel seemed sweet at first but ended up being a very untrustworthy individual. If you are staying here I would take caution when dealing with her.
