13th edition of the Tattoo Expo Barcelona 2010.

Barcelona again brings together the most famous artists in the world in the convention centre La Farga  in L `Hospitalet. This year, the 13th edition of the Barcelona Tattoo Expo promises to be a happening that you can’t afford to miss.  It is packed with entertainment, music, exhibits, a Pin-Up pageant, and fabulous tattoo artists and if you’re a tattoo artist, seminars where you can learn and share knowledge with the best tattoo artists in the world.

Like in years past, the convention takes place the first weekend of October, this year from Friday the 1^st to Sunday the 3^rd.  The event will bring together more than 135 tattoo artists from around the world,  including Aaron Willett (UK), Boog (U.S)., Chime (Tahiti), Eric De L `Etoile (Canada), Laura Juan of Spain, Urubu (Brazil), Victor Policheri (USA),  Horishi (Japan),  Chad Koeplinger (USA), Toshio Shimada (Japan and Yang (Taiwan), all internationally  renowned artists who often have years long waiting lists of customers.  Also this year, prepare yourself for a surprise with the official presentation of the guest artist, Miss Tattoo, who wills mc the Miss Pin-Up contest every afternoon. My advice then is to buy your ticket in advance, and get ready to enjoy this celebration of unique and individual art on the skin.

This year’s convention features excellent live music from rockabilly, psychobilly and rock bands, to be confirmed on the official website of the event.  Besides this, there will be some parties related to the convention in Barcelona with excellent djs and elsewhere, with great performances!
